Absolutely horrible experience, we reserved this place for a private event we're close to $800 was spent. The owner Bill has the nerve to call us the next day that how dare we not clean up and other non-sense. We absolutely cleaned up which we shouldn't have. He was referring to a table were the kids had played with the paintballs. Rinse it off asshole! Will never step foot in this place again. He referred to us a you people you racist! read more

We went today on a Sunday and it was very busy. The property was huge, with ample parking, spacious concrete picnic tables, and even areas where you can have a bbq! The small trailer where all of the equipment is located is pretty cramped and I believe the logistics in processing can be improved by having paperwork be filled out ahead of time or online. Especially when it comes to big groups. Management should hire more helpers especially when it comes to checking people in and out. We had Carlos who gave the safety instructions and he was awesome. I wish he was our referee the entire time. The 3 courses we went to were the barrels, the forest (which was twice that size), and the obstacle.course with the big flag and boat in the middle. That was really fun. Suggestions: have more referees on the field to make good calls to stop the game of needed, guide players to move forward, etc. There were times during the game where players didn't know if the game was over or not. Invest in some whistles! Put more signage up around the facility so there are clear rules and we know what the objective is for each field. Especially when you are short referees and they have to audibly give instructions. Also, have a hand washing station outside. This place has so much potential, but you have to put the right people in the right place with proper training so players can get the most out of the paintballing experience. The owner and the female Michelle working the front desk were stressed out with so many people to process at one time, but a positive attitude goes a long way and keeps people coming back. Allow employees like Carlos to run the show. He was the most knowledgeable and catered to the customers with patience and excellent customer service. read more

Was fun, had a good time though. Birthday boy had fun. Just if you make a reservation with a 6 people just be on time if you have the 3 hour pass, if you're late they'll not give you the time you missed back. So technically didn't play for 3 hours but it was fun. They have a little fire grill you want to grill. read more

What a great experience! It was our first time and this was very family friendly. It was the perfect way to learn the ropes. We were able to walk-in without reservations and join other groups. Great destination for birthday parties and corporate team outings. There are grills and picnic areas for eating and non-shooters.

I set up a surprise get together at Paintball Paradyes and it could not have gone better. Bill, the owner, was incredibly helpful and hospitable. The courses were so much fun and the refs were funny, fair and helped us out a lot with tips on how to play. There were cute tables and grills so we could eat and take breaks in between playing. Very clean and professional business and they know how to have fun! I highly recommend Paintball Paradyes to anyone looking for a place to go paintballing! :) read more

Went here for my boyfriends bday and it was so much fun!!! We brought a 3 year old and 5 year old as they have a target booth and are building a playground. They were very accommodating and even replaced 500 paintballs after our bag was stolen. Thank you for making an afternoon very enjoyable. Not great customer service. Hardly any players. They won't let you use your own personal equipment. I'll never go there again. I've played at hundreds of fields over the nation and this has to be the worse one I've been to. They only had 7 players there on a Saturday, I drove 10 minutes down the road and they had 80 players and a great field with a great operation. read more
