Took them an almost a week to diagnose what they said was problem. After they fixed it, my truck still didn't run. They came back and said it was going to be a bigger job and cost even more. My truck sat there for almost a month cause they didn't have the equipment and in fact couldn't work on it. Ended up having it towed over to the Ford dealership to get it fix. The lack of professional. They got grease on the driver door and center console. Couldn't even clean up after themselves. Definitely considering legal action against them for fraud.

After 5 - 10 hours on-line trying to sync the contacts, I went to the store and they were unable to help me. I went to a Verizon store (Cellular is a contracted store NOT a corporate store) and they stated that they were unable to transfer my contacts. When I went back to complain, another sales rep tried unsuccessfully to transfer my contacts. After working with Verizon Technical Support, it was determine that the new phone would NOT take my contacts. When I went back to the store to return the phone as defective, the same representative who had told me that transferring the contacts was easy said that it was not a defect and that they would charge me a $50 restocking fee. Thankfully, Verizon stood behind their product and refunded me the restocking fee. Never will go back to them!!!! From now on, I will only go to a Verizon Corporate store, not "independent" contractors!!!!
