At the same time, it was tax-free back-to-school weekend there was a a steady if slow stream of foot traffic while I waited the 10 minutes or so for my order to be brought out. I got a steal of a deal on the masks, which made it well-worth the wait. I'm not sure what the in-store experience is like, but I am happy enough to try them again.

I was combining households with another family member so we were working with having to fit my furniture into her existing home and they were able to make it work which I thought was going to be impossible! We also had some items that needed to be hauled away and when I asked if they had a referral for me, Jonathan (the owner) offered to give us a quote on those items so we could have them removed that day as well. In addition to all of the amazing service that we received, they were by far the best value without all of the crazy tacked on fees that so many movers put on a move. Since moving to Texas, I have searching for a good bike shop for my Specialized bike. I found one…read morebut it's down in Austin and that's a bit of a drive living up in this area. I recently had a flat and needed to get a new tube and tire. Searching for a local bike shop, I came across Trek Bicycle. I was able to bring my bike in and the guaranteed I would have it back the next day. They also helped me decide to go "tubeless", something I had never considered before. All of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. After getting the new tires, I decided to take the bike back for a full tune-up. It had been more than a year since the last tune-up. When I received the bike back, it was like getting the bike again for the first time. It was immaculate. And you can always tell how smooth the ride is after getting it back from a tune-up. What else can be said other than they do amazing work, it's easy to get your bike in and they are pretty good at getting the bike back to you as quickly as possible. I can't recommend this shop highly enough for the quality of the work they perform and the great staff working here.

They found managed the massively steep driveway and arrived on time. Then they managed to find my place when a rideshare I won't name can't find my house. I've decided if I ever move one of the pieces just comes with the place because it was so large I don't even know how the guys managed to get it up my stair case that does a complete turn. The movers acknowledged the damage and signed a form, which was then submitted to the company the following day. I was passed to two different employees who eventually stopped communicating with me after a few days. Also of note: they broke a glass table and covered it up with a plant, so I didn't notice it until after the initial complaint was filed. Chalk it up to another loss. For the TVs, I filed a complaint with the DMV, as I was instructed to do, and now TEN MONTHS later, I've got nothing. The owner of the company (Hunter) LIED to the investigator and said he made me an offer via email. I have never received any offer from this person - email, phone, or otherwise. Zero correspondence. It eventually went to mediation, and now I'm being told that the company is no longer registered as a household goods carrier. However, their website is still fully functional. This company is a JOKE. DO NOT USE THEM.
