Yesterday our garage door stopped working. It would go up 2 ft then stop. It turns out that the tensioner spring broke. They were able to get that fixed so quickly for a very reasonable price. After the repair, they tuned the opener and not only does it work again, it's quieter than it has ever been which is something I've been trying to do by swapping out the rollers and insulating the hinges.
