She basically was less than ethical in handling the publishing and continues to sell the book without paying any royalties. This publisher is the biggest scam artist ever. I have since published with ethical publishers who have paid me by royalties. I even had a lawyer call her to give a cease and desist on selling the book. Ithaca has totally ignore this request.
