Each week offers a slightly different course, leaving room for improvement from previous weeks, but simultaneously introducing new challenges. Every class ends with Shava-asana and my personal favorite part -- the lavender scented eye masks. Now, imagine opening your eyes in a room with light streaming in and with walls covered in frescos. How better to find the beauty of balance?

The food was good but I was still hungry after a "3 courses", so it's better for people who dont eat too much I think. Overall good experience though.
