Care was fine, doc and nurses were helpful, thorough and attentive. Office team is horrible. Started with the explanation of benefits/costs in the office before surgery during the consult in mid November. They evaluated my insurance and determined that the total cost was ~$4,000. To book a surgery date I was required to put 20% down the day of the consult or $800. So I paid. Day of surgery came a month later, I was required to pay the full balance that morning. There was no we will submit and you pay us the balance when the insurance company responds. So I paid another $3,000 that day or no surgery. This is early December. My insurance responds within 4 weeks, early January now and I overpaid by $1,800. So I contact the billing department and ask to be paid. We are reviewing the billing records and will have the doctors look at this and authorize a repayment. I check my bank account statement mid February...still no payment. I call again. Can I please be paid. Oh yes, no problem, we will have the physician review the billing and authorize payment. I explain how rude it is for them to conduct billing in this manner and hold my money for 2 months. I would like payment now please. It is now early March...you guessed it...still not paid back. Unbelievable, I am now writing online reviews and calling the billing department again. I am sure you can find another oral surgery group in the area that is capable. Avoid this group for the administrative hassle and disrespectful treatment of customers.

Then do my due diligence through my insurance and my responsibilities is only $500 So they charge me $1000. They say this is the estimated charge .They're waiting for $500 from my insurance company to give me $500 back. It makes absolutely no sense. I am perplexed by this process. Dr. Singla is a horrible Dr. DO NOT USE HIM! He is very careless!…read moreBecause of what he did to me; I am now in pain 24/7! I consulted with a neurologist who told me that a very small nerve was cut and when I told Dr. Singla, he pointed to the biopsy that he had done. While Biopsy's can provide valuable info, it is NOT always the definitive test for small nerve involvement. He didn't want to explore this option and wanted me to just go away. This is affecting my everyday life significantly. I wish I could sue him, but this is too small for lawyers, and he knows that he can get away with it. NO ONE HOLDS HIM ACCOUNTABLE! So that's what I am doing by writing this. DO NOT USE THIS SO-CALLED DR!!!!! HE WILL MESS YOU UP FOR LIFE LIKE HE DID ME!!!!
