I feel like a million bucks when I leave here. The best part is they're open by appointments earlier than the posted regular walk in hours, so I'm in and out early and quickly on days I have to work! They have a lot of lotion options from top names all the way to cheaper brands and a lot of times they run 20 -30% off specials. Their hours work with almost any schedule. I especially like how late they are open. The staff always asks me how my day is/was. They also have a business card promotion table. I admire that they allow other businesses to promote themselves in their store. Parking can be a bit of an issue because they share an already small parking lot with other businesses and during peak hours (about 4-7p m-f) it can get pretty crowded so there may be a wait on the bed you want. The staff has always told me how long the wait will be and offered a different bed with less of a wait time whenever I am in a rush.

Well I'm so glad I did. She gave me the most BEAUTIFUL haircut I've EVER HAD (and my mother was a hairdresser all my life.) She just looked at me. Hmm.. So calmly I ask to cancel my service. She cancels it and tells me it's done. I said I want a confirmation on that. Then she looks pissed and says it's sent to your email. I confirm it before I leave. I'll never go back again. I was already considering cancellation a month ago but bad attitude with no care personality employee is where I draw the line. I can just lay outside and get more tan than what I've been getting from there. Tanning isn't what it used to be. Cleanliness: I don't think they ever dust, sweep, or mop in those rooms. If you have leggings on and they touch the floor you'll have crap alk over them. Product: I am tired of being sold product that does nothing for me. Stop being pushy. People would like to tan in peace without attitudes. Welcoming and Helpful Staff - they made the gym feel like home in no time…read more I joined the Anytime Fitness gym back in February 2023. The owner and gym staff were welcoming and helpful making me feel at home in no time. I have limited use of my left arm so I wanted to use weight machines that would strengthen my arm and increase my arm mobility. The owner Cody was quick to show me some great weight machines to build my arm strength. It was great and exactly what I was aiming for. The gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Its not the biggest gym in Aiken but it has all the exercise and weight machines that one could. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone who has fitness goals. Big or small this gym is a place to meet your goals and the welcoming staff will help you get there.

When I attempted to cancel, I was unable to do so because I couldn't log in to my member portal. I contacted the gym many times to try to go through the proper procedure and, after many weeks, finally figured out why I couldn't: they had mis-spelled my name (hence why the log-in didn't work). In spite of trying to cancel for many weeks, they tried to charge me two months of additional fees and an annual fee (literally less than a month after I joined). The manager was incredibly condescending, refused to help straighten it out, and caused me hours of endless time wasting and strife when the entire reason for joining was to clear my head while caring for my sick mother. The worst part? When I cancelled the card they were charging to avoid further payments, they somehow managed to charge my debit card, which I can only guess they had on file from the year before when I was in town to care for my mother. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since all efforts to resolve the matter with the quite rude manager failed.
