You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers get the best results. Chloe was just as wonderful! She walked me through how to use the tanning bed and explained all the functions clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Way overpriced, staff is lazy and unhelpful. I will never come here again. They are constantly raising prices for walk in so you are pressured into signing up for a monthly. Not worth it. Not good doesn't even begin to describe the feeling I have about this horrible place! I went in for a 3 month promotional deal that I heard about. After making sure (multiple times!!!) that they would only charge me for the 3 months and that this wasn't a membership, I signed up. Four months later I was charged for another month! All they do is lie to get your credit card information and then they take money out of your card for as long as they can until you catch it! I had a friend that went there and she wrote a review on Yelp and they called her to ask her if she would retract her review for a free month of tanning!! I will never trust this company EVER again and I am warning you to do the same!!! read more

The staff is great and helpful! I love the beds and the results are great too! I love it here, the only thing I don't like is that you can't come back and tan the next day until the same time you did the day before. My life doesn't work that way so it can make it a little annoying. BUT... this is a great place they're clean and the staff is great! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this location. The people here are always friendly, and they remember my very unique name every time I visit. The beds are always clean as is the whole facility. They have a good selection of bronzers and accelerators and also hyaluronic lotions for the red light therapy stand up unit. The pricing is average and typical of most tanning salons but the customer service is what makes this place a 5 star location. read more

The first time i went here i thought it was over priced cause if you do single sessions its kind of a lot I think i spent like $40 or $50 on a spray tan I left it on longer then i should have turned orange and my friends made fun of me for weeks. months later I had a friend tell me they were the best place to tan and the cheapest if you got a membership. So i looked into it, called around and she was right. They have the best prices on unlimited plans. I have had a membership with them now for almost a year I pay $40 a month and go around 8 to 10 times a month. I have the gold level but the salon almost always has some kind of promotion going on, unlike most places their promotions include current members( not just new ones). I think close at least a quarter of the months I've paid were ungraded to the platnium level for free plus you earn credit on your account to use on things like spray tans or lotions. This month I think They have me like $35 dollars To use on any thing I wanted. The longer you have a membership the more perks you get. I have spent around $250 total and received what would have cost around $1000 maybe more of single sessions. There is only 1 place in ogden cheaper but they have older beds and they don't change the bulbs very often so you won't get the results your wanting. IF YOU WANT QUALITY BEDS THAT PROVIDE RESULTS YOU CAN SEE AFTER EACH VISIT AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. YOU SHOULD GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE WITH AUTO PAY. IT BY FAR THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN. Screw this place. How in the crap can they determine how long you can tan for ? Went in today to tan a few times before my trip and paid 11 for a single use. The girl says well since you haven't been in here for a long time you can't do the full 9 minutes. I said i dont care i dont burn, im Spanish and already have color . Still refused. This is the most ridiculous spot I have ever been too. Their least expensive bed with their LEAST EXPENSIVE one time use tanning lotion is $25 with taxes. It's a freaking tanning bed....ridiculous...definitely will never go there again read more
