I have been relying on Travis and the Palm Squad to trim our Palm tree in our backyard for several years now. Today he and his team came out and removed the pine tree in our front yard. The tree was old and slowly dying, and we can't keep up with the pine needles anymore. His team showed up on time as scheduled, they were VERY fast and efficient. The entire job was completed in under 45 minutes. They cut the branches, and took the tree down from the top piece by piece. After he was done, they cleaned up all the branches and many of the needles. Everything was hauled away so we don't have to worry about the disposal. After a frustrating, time-consuming back-and-forth with our usual crew we decided to try someone new this year. Due to the customer service issues with our last crew, we were quite behind in looking for a company this year. A prior customer of his had nothing but good things to say about his company: fair pricing and his crew is insured as well. Much appreciated as we were already way behind in getting our annual service!! I was given a time frame of "by or around noon". Received a text at 11:50 letting me know they would be over in 30 minutes and a text upon arrival. Had them come out to trim 3 palm trees. Over priced and broke a strand of bistro lights in the backyard while trimming.....no mention of the event when they rang the doorbell to collect. Left it to us to find it after they left. In the end its cost me $$$$ and time to fix backyard lights - will use somebody else in the future. read more
