Prior to booking we always make sure we filter during our hotel search for "dog friendly" or "Pets allowed" hotels. As I was searching through Priceline and adding the filters I found this hotel which seemed great and most of all accommodated our dog as well. My family and I are from the US and flew to bodrum for a family vacation. Firstly, upon arrival it was nothing as it looked on the pictures. Secondly, the second we walked in the front desk receptionist said to my husband and I "is this your animal ?" We responded "yes" and they said, "NO! This is forbidden.. animal is forbidden here." We we're very shocked and said that we booked with them via Priceline where it said "pets allowed" they asked me to show them where I saw that which I did and they followed with "oh we don't even work with Priceline or know that site" my family and I were in shock and also very confused. The 2 front ladies at the front desk were especially so rude. My husband had called prior to make sure everything was good to go to which they remembered but they did not care at all. We had just traveled all that way to have nowhere to stay. They did not accommodate us what so ever, they were very rude to us, didn't help us find another hotel that actually allowed dogs, and they were ultimately so unprofessional. Priceline is a very big site for them to "not know what it was" or that they booked through there. This hotel is a complete false advertisement and disappointment. Never ever stay here. Definitely look into another hotel. In the end we found a great place to stay at the Ramada resort. Highly recommended.

We were able to be placed in a room next door which we were satisfied. However, the phone was not working and we had to walk to the advise the front desk, who promptly sent a technician to troubleshoot and repair the phone. The room is relatively large, with a patio area with a great view of Bodrum. Nice bathroom, but felt it needed some maintenance, i.e, mildew on the shower tile grout. We had our dinner in hotel restaurant seated at a table near the pool with a great view of the sunset. The buffet breakfast consisted of a nice selection of delectable foods. Overall, a nice, beautiful newer hotel in a resort-like setting with killer views for under $100US including a nice breakfast buffet. However, the hotel needs to improve on some maintenance issues in its rooms and ensuring that Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the hotel for that extra star.

My family's tours in Ephesus and Pamukkale were memorable as he guided our group in an easy going manner with wit and good spirit. He can show you the best spots to take pictures and gives a great deal of independence to take your time in looking around. Atakan pays a reasonable amount of attention to details without boring you and can make the tour feel like an overall enjoyable experience. He made our trips worthwhile and was very helpful all around. I would definitely seek his guidance again!
