Had Marcus come out within 2 days of setting my first appointment. He showed up early, quickly addressed the issues we needed, and was overly friendly throughout the process. Update after a few days: Upon further review walking around my home, I noticed many spider webs were missed, even some I made specific note of for the technician. I have reached out for assistance but have yet to hear back. A bit frustrated by this but will update if/when they come back and finish their work.
