They are EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE and unhelpful. 1. When we moved in the dryer that was included in our unit was broken. When we contacted Weinberg to please have it fixed, they took two weeks to send someone over to look at it, and that still didn't fix the problem. We finally fixed it ourselves. 2. The parking lot behind our house that was also included in our lease was meant to be maintained by Weinberg. During this past winter, they were very negligent in their plowing and salting duties. On two different occasions, a plow took over 24 hours to arrive to our property and we had to shovel out a long driveway ourselves so that we could get our cars out for work the next morning. On two other occasions, my car got stuck in the parking lot because the ice was so thick and no one had made an effort to salt the area. We put in several voicemails and emails to Weinberg requesting that they please help us with our driveway situation, and never received any contact back. 3. When the weather started to get warmer, the ants started to show up. In very large numbers. When we asked for an exterminator or at least some help in resolving the problem, we never got a call back. 4. Finally, our washing machine broke toward the end of our six months which caused the washer to hold standing water in the machine. They took 3 weeks to send someone to fix the unit, and in the mean time, mildew built up on the inside of the washer and made our apartment small rancid. Each time we had an issue with our property that as our landlord, Weinberg was required to fix, they were extremely difficult to get in touch with. Each time I've visited their office to try and make contact in person, no one is there and the office is locked, even during business hours and in the middle of the day. Overall their service was TERRIBLE and I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away at all costs!

After I posted the February 26, 2026 review (see below) and emailed multiple people at Onyx Capital Management on February 26, 2026, Mr. Zachary G., the maintenance manager, personally intervened, reviewed my video evidence accurately, apologized and took full accountability for an initial vendor error. He ensured the repair was completed promptly and followed up with professionalism. I am updating this review to reflect that the operational failure was eventually corrected. However, I am raising this review from a 1-star to only a 3-star rating because the administrative process remains a concern. The general manager, Ms. Victoria L., prematurely dismissed my concern and deleted my community post shortly after it was uploaded. She also posted a public comment stating that the lamppost had been fixed, based on an inaccurate assessment of my video evidence. Furthermore, she did not reach out directly to clarify or correct that public statement once the error was identified. While the maintenance leadership is professional and capable, the administrative side of the business still has significant room for growth regarding transparency, due diligence, and resident communication. ------------------------------------------ Feb 26, 2026 My HOA has Onyx Capital Management as our management company. On 11/28/2025 I submitted a maintenance request for the replacement of a lightbulb of the lamp post facing my rear door. As for 2/26/2026, almost 3 months later, the lightbulb is still not replaced. I sent video evidence that it is not fixed. They replied with a photo of a working lamp post, not the one that is broken. Thus far, this company has FAILED miserably at keeping the promise stated on their company website: "At Onyx Capital Management, we set the utmost standards to provide care, support, and quality to our homeowners and Board Members." I have sent multiple emails and called a couple of times. I have been patient. But this latest replay is the last straw.
