M & T Towing is a GREAT company!! Joey came within 40 minutes of me calling AAA (some have taken…read moremore than two hours, by comparison) and was able to tow my car even without any keys on me or in the console. He also drove me directly home after delivering my car to the shop. Since the buses don't run in my area on Saturdays and the shop is not within walking distance of my apartment, I would have been stranded. I offered to pay him money for the ride home when I got some but he declined politely. I strongly recommend this towing service to anyone. Joseph Shala Mechanicsburg, PA

If you are looking for a towing company that actually honors their service calls, look elsewhere. I…read morewas dispatched to MT Towing through AAA for a tow from Harrisburg to Pittsburgh. I was standing at my vehicle with the keys and a PAID-IN-FULL service invoice in my hand. Despite being the legal owner and having proof of payment, this company refused the tow. They claimed they needed "permission" from the dealership's service department--which was closed--even though I had already paid and moved the truck out of the shop. I even offered to drive the truck myself across the street to a public lot so they wouldn't have to deal with the "dealership location" technicality. The moment I removed their excuse, their story changed instantly. They suddenly "didn't have the right truck" and "didn't tow diesels that far." They wasted hours of my time with bureaucratic lies because they clearly didn't want to deal with a long-distance haul. They are happy to take AAA's money as a contractor, but they will leave a paying customer stranded the second a job is "inconvenient." Absolute bottom-tier service. Stay away. PS looks like they have insiders posting happy reviews on their business as well... Nope no red flags there at all

Very disappointing experience…read more On July 8th, I contacted Fig's Roadside Rescue because I had a completely flat tire. I had a spare tire with me, but no tools to remove the damaged one. A technician arrived and instead of providing proper help, he began trying to remove the wheel using the wrong tools. The wrench kept slipping, he scratched the rim, and eventually stripped the thread on the lug nut by literally jumping on the wrench with his full body weight. I tried to tell him that something wasn't right, but he rudely said: "Don't interfere. I know what I'm doing. If you keep talking, I'll leave." In the end, he failed to remove the wheel, took a photo, sent it to his supervisor, and left -- after demanding payment, even though he made the situation worse. I had to call a tow truck, pay for a hotel, and wait to get the damage repaired at another shop. Later I contacted the company's supervisor directly, hoping to resolve the issue honestly. But I was shocked when he denied everything, saying that his technician "never touched the wheel" and just "looked at it and left." That is simply not true. I was standing right there and saw everything with my own eyes. The company is now refusing to take any responsibility and is blaming me for damage their technician clearly caused. I do not recommend this company. If something goes wrong, they will not help you -- they will just lie and leave you to deal with the consequences. I have photos of the damaged wheel and scratched rim after their technician's visit. If anyone would like to see them, I'm happy to share.
