The resort offers spacious villas, townhouses, and condos ideal for couples, families, or groups, with amenities like the lazy river, outdoor pools, hot tubs, and proximity to the island's stunning beaches, grocery stores (Publix and Harris Teeter), restaurants, and shops. The nonsmoking keyless unit had a full kitchen complete with everything you might want on vacation. There were full-size appliances with kitchenware, broom, mop, and vacuum cleaner, and also a washer and dryer. The bedroom had a small closet, a flat-screen TV, a long-length mirror, a comfortable king sized bed, and a safe. The bathroom was stocked with plush towels, toilet paper, kleenex, and bar soap. The dining/living room area had a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Yes, you read correctly, DVD player! The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautifully manicured grounds. Parking can be challenging after 10pm. Golf cart/shuttle ride to and from the beach. No housekeeping or trash dump service, so please take trash to the chute down the hall. A weekend was just not enough time to explore everything this property and Hilton Head has to offer. I would love to visit again sometime between May and October to witness sea turtle nesting and/or hatching on the beach, and enjoy the lazy river, tennis, and bike riding.

There's a restaurant actually a couple of places to eat that are across the Laguna where you can walk to eat. This isn't a kid's only place either. Adults find it equally fun and enjoyable whether you'll be sitting in a hammock, swimming in the pool,doing a fitness walk around the property or watching the squirrels and birds. Kids enjoy it when Chip and Dale come around. There are numerous activities to keep the kids busy. This is not a character centric resort but more on the relaxing side. Every person who works here is friendly and polite, and willing to help with anything you need. You truly feel like you are valued here. On this past trip, I was able to get off the cruise ship in Miami, stop in for a quick hello at my father in laws house and then head up north. We reserved a two bedroom unit with a magnificent view of the low country coastal marsh. Birds and assorted wild life are flying by, it can't get more picturesque from what I'm seeing from our private deck. *From September 8, 2025, through March 2026, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort will undergo exterior maintenance. You may see and hear construction and refurbishment work during daytime hours. They got rid of the ESSO sign! I'm glad to see Disney is making the investment on this property. Our room looks great, it seems like they first worked on all of the interior rooms. We just stayed at the Boardwalk Hotel, this two bedroom had the same contemporary feel. The Murphy Bed is similar to The Boardwalk, it's a great design. The question is, is it really a "Disney" hotel? I own points in Disney Vero Beach, Vero Beach is a true Disney hotel. Wanna know something? If I'm driving back to NY from a Disney Orlando Hotel, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is my next stop. Our experience with Hilton Head Beach Rentals was beyond excellent. We rented an oceanfront condo in the C Building that was absolutely wonderful. The view was breathtaking. Sherry sees to it that her guests have a villa experience to be treasured. This villa had EVERYTHING! The bed was super comfortable. The Wifi was excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of closet space and shelves - I needed that because I do lots of shopping when I'm on the island. Every morning my husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the balcony while taking in the spectacular view of the ocean. We were a few steps away from the pool (the largest on the island) and the beach. Sherry is always just a phone call away and personally makes sure that her guests are happy. She is the perfect host. We have already made our reservations for this summer.
