Worst place I've ever stayed at. Management staff is terrible. Management staff makes rules as they go along to cater to their needs

We were lucky to get one of the newly renovated condos, unit number L208, in the front of the property, near the pool. The resort offers spacious villas, townhouses, and condos ideal for couples, families, or groups, with amenities like the lazy river, outdoor pools, hot tubs, and proximity to the island's stunning beaches, grocery stores (Publix and Harris Teeter), restaurants, and shops. The nonsmoking keyless unit had a full kitchen complete with everything you might want on vacation. There were full-size appliances with kitchenware, broom, mop, and vacuum cleaner, and also a washer and dryer. The bedroom had a small closet, a flat-screen TV, a long-length mirror, a comfortable king sized bed, and a safe. The bathroom was stocked with plush towels, toilet paper, kleenex, and bar soap. The dining/living room area had a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Yes, you read correctly, DVD player! The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautifully manicured grounds. Parking can be challenging after 10pm. Golf cart/shuttle ride to and from the beach. No housekeeping or trash dump service, so please take trash to the chute down the hall. A weekend was just not enough time to explore everything this property and Hilton Head has to offer. I would love to visit again sometime between May and October to witness sea turtle nesting and/or hatching on the beach, and enjoy the lazy river, tennis, and bike riding.

They know that some people can't go to the beach every day. The other day, they had a pool party with free food and drinks. Today, they have bingo and doughnuts. Kids love it.

Despite that, The place is always incredibly clean, comfortable and friendly so this is the place we always want to stay on Hilton head Island. The rooms are so well kept that they look brand new. They are more than adequately equipped with huge bathrooms and bedrooms and a nice balcony. There's a restaurant actually a couple of places to eat that are across the Laguna where you can walk to eat. This isn't a kid's only place either. Adults find it equally fun and enjoyable whether you'll be sitting in a hammock, swimming in the pool, doing a fitness walk around the property or watching the squirrels and birds. Kids enjoy it when Chip and Dale come around. There are numerous activities to keep the kids busy. This is not a character centric resort but more on the relaxing side. Every person who works here is friendly and polite, and willing to help with anything you need. You truly feel like you are valued here. Outside of the resort, there is plenty of shopping up and down the main road. You won't be bored here at Disney, trust me.

Good afternoon Yelpers. I have to re-write this review, a lot has changed on the property since…read more2017. I am at the stage in my life where I have time to relax, I can put everything on the back burner and take a two week vacation. On this past trip, I was able to get off the cruise ship in Miami, stop in for a quick hello at my father in laws house and then head up north. Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort was the perfect stop. This year I planned for a two night stay at the property. We reserved a two bedroom unit with a magnificent view of the low country coastal marsh. Birds and assorted wild life are flying by, it can't get more picturesque from what I'm seeing from our private deck. *From September 8, 2025, through March 2026, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort will undergo exterior maintenance. You may see and hear construction and refurbishment work during daytime hours. They got rid of the ESSO sign! I'm glad to see Disney is making the investment on this property. Our room looks great, it seems like they first worked on all of the interior rooms. We just stayed at the Boardwalk Hotel, this two bedroom had the same contemporary feel. The Murphy Bed is similar to The Boardwalk, it's a great design. The question is, is it really a "Disney" hotel? I own points in Disney Vero Beach, Vero Beach is a true Disney hotel. Wanna know something? If I'm driving back to NY from a Disney Orlando Hotel, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is my next stop. Thank you Disney for investing in the property and giving it that Disney magic feel.

Avoid using this company for any and ALL of your real estate needs whether purchasing or renting…read more the management is awful. Josh Quesada is a liar and swindler. They will make things up in order to keep your deposit. Very spiteful for us not renewing our lease and purchasing a home elsewhere. Charges for nail holes from hanging maybe 6 pictures throughout the house, because they don't consider someone paying a ridiculous rent Well before the due date every single month and sometimes 2 months in advance, and hanging a few pictures as normal wear and tear. We didn't paint anything in this house but we are being charged for the touch up paint that was used before we moved it being a different texture. They go through employees left and right and will not respond to emails or phone calls. I put in several requests for work and no one would call me or respond. Eventually, Kevin contacted me and I was able to get somewhere. The others around there are miserable to deal with. Again, avoid dealing with these crooks. Edited: Kevin said he was calling me right now at around 7:30. It's now 9:20 and I haven't gotten that call.... The review is accurate and his explanations are ridiculous and invalid at best. If we can come to some sort of resolution about the charges for paint and nail holes, and charging me for yard maintenance which was done the day before inspection, and much more, then I may edit or even remove, but as of now, I dont see anything happening to resolve these issues. I never said I expect all of it back. I agreed on a couple of charges, IE diagnosis of an electrical issue, but never agreed for AIM to send a licensed electrician to change light bulbs and charging me $400. If these bills are from AIM's vendors, they should reevaluate the people they hire to do work because charging me $250 for mowing and trimming the yard is utterly ridiculous.
