They have a good set-up- there's lots of stuff but it's well organized. We found a Blokus To Go two player game for only $2 which was exciting because we had received the XL version for Christmas and are obsessed with it. They had some large pieces of art work for $20 or less which I thought was a really good deal. Tons of clothes, glass ware, plates, etc. I would say the only thing they are lacking is a decent book section. If you're looking for books, the best section I've seen is at the Goodwill on Ashley Phosphate. I will be back for sure since I'm always near this shopping center.

We then proceeded to go inside and look around and it was absolutely atrocious in there. No where to walk due to the racks of clothes they are putting up and the shelves (especially book and movie shelves) were just hideous to look at to where you don't want to purchase nothing. Everything was just junk and overpriced, stuff you could get at the dollar store. No greeting or anything walking in the store! Everyone looked miserable on there

Although a more convenient spot, I am disappointed in the smaller space. The one they closed was open and spacious and easy to view items, particularly furniture, housewares. Items displayed seem very used and picked over. Lots of shoes displayed high over all the clothes racks all over. It is very hard to view items with alot of people clogging up the aisles in such a confined space with their carts. I did find a new looking pair of real leather Earth sandals that I've enjoyed wearing..so I guess one of my two trips there was worth it.

I came to Exchange Factor three times this week and it was worth it. I ended up with two dope suit jackets. The service is top notch. Everyone is really kind and chill. Joan, the owner, is amazing. I spoke with Joan a couple of times and she took the time to describe what items she likes to buy from people. The atmosphere is fun with tons of good music playing. Saturday was real fun with lots of folks shopping, but even with several folks shopping people are chill. This isn't Goodwill and you aren't going to find boring pieces here. You'll pay a bit more but it's value buys that will lead to good looks. Charleston is very lucky to have Joan and Exchange Factor.

My friend found a fun shirt as well so then we went outside and were able to choose 6 items for free amongst the two of us. Honestly, the stuff outside is more picked over, but it's not junk. We picked up some really cool finds that made our haul that much better. I wish I had more time, but I got a punch card filled up so now I can come back and get a discount on my next purchase.
