I found the place to be very clean and comfortable. Everyone was very nice especially Mel who has worked in the sleep lab area for 30 years and I appreciated her expertise. I had an appointment for March 12 at 9:00 PM at the Myrtle Beach office. I had worked through the day and not gone home, and showed up. I live in an hour away. They claim my appointment wasn't in the system. yet they had emailed me twice and texted me once confirming it prior to the appointment. I got home at 10:30 at night. Thanks to them. Useless. so the tech apologized and said they'd reimburse me for the gas. With a gas card. Since they charge $100 if you cancel or don't show up, I told him I wanted the gas card for $100. Since it's their policy. The owner refused to reimburse me any amount for my waste of time. not to mention: I went to the Murrells Inlet office three years ago. It was dingy. If it was a motel, I never would've stayed there. The worst part was the Tech. Some creepy guy, middle-age with a beard. I would not have been comfortable with my daughter going to that place. read more

The Lab is so outdated and worn out. It was moldy and the carpet was so worn and musty, I did not want to put my feet on the floor. I have pictures of the recliner that had false leather that was peeling off the chair in at least 10 places, all over the seat. I asked the tech. if she really expected me to sit in that chair, in the bedroom. The dresser had handles missing and there was no nightstand. Please do not use the lab. There are other's in the area. read more

Aug 17, 2022 I had an appointment tonight at the Conway location. I am a 66 yr old woman. The first time that I have driven at night in a long time. I was nervous. This location is on the outskirts of Conway, not well lit. I was to report in at 10PM and arrived 10 minutes early. no cars around. I knock on the door, no answer. I call phone numbers - Conway and Myrtle Beach locations, no answer. Standing in my pajamas, no cars, no one around. I beat on the door. No answer. Double checked my paperwork - Yes, I was at the correct place, correct date, correct time. I waited until 10PM, gave up and drove home. My primary doctor will have to come up with another sleep study plan, I will not be trying that again. read more

Never returned several calls as I only got an answering machine????? Ended up having to get a home sleep test which I'm told is FDA approved and is 97% accurate which is fine. read more

Terrible! The Polysomnographic was very rude! No patient decency. Was suppose to have a sleep study done in April but got an earlier appointment but the attending "got sick" and canceled and rescheduled in May. May comes around and yup "got sick again". No one else does these but one person? Got a phone call an hour before to make sure I knew the address and I told them I got a GPS so I inputted and got there but 243 Singleton Ridge Rd IS NOT the location! (Yes they sent me paper with address, but that was 5 months ago) so I called and right off the bat the Polysomnographic was snippy with me. About 10 minute drive to the correct address and I told them they should update their address and she wanted nothing to do with it and gave me more lip so I said well I was suppose have this done in April and that's when she lost it and told me she was in the hospital. I said okay and she told me to leave. If you need a sleep study I would stay FAR AWAY from! NO PROFRESSIONALISM HERE! No matter what the patient says you are suppose to be the PROFESSIONAL and help them! read more

Great and professional organization. I have had sleep studies done elsewhere but none as good as this place. Sleep study was very comfortable. Felt like I was home. Got my results quickly and my new CPAP machine came within days. Highly recommend this place for any sleep study. read more
