Palouse Prairie School Expeditionary Learning - five stars
This school is amazing. I went here for two years during intermediate school. My teacher was Mr. Ellsworth - he was the best teacher I have ever had. This school believes in a different way of teaching and learning than everyone else. The way they teach is truly remarkable because when I eat went here I had a whole history of hating School, however when I ended my two years here I did not hate school. The school operates in such a way where every student is not just another number, but a valued member of the family. This school really does feel like a large family because they care about the kids as though a parent would. When I went to here Mr. Pierce was the athletics teacher - he would motivate each and every kid with his energetic personality. Mr. Ellsworth was more than a regular teacher. He would of course teach you about math, english, and all the usual - but he would also teach you about life skills, communication skills, and much more. Because of Mr. ellsworth's teachings I have became passionate about learning - a skill that followed me all the way through high school and into my career. The kids I met at this school are my friends to this day. Mr. Ellsworth because of his extraordinary personality became a good friend for many years to come. After I left this school I heard Mr. Ellsworth became principal. He ran the school with a passion, however as life progressed he had to move. Mr. ellsworth and the school's teachings will always be remembered by me. The bottom line is that if you read this review I want you to know that this is the best possible place in the area that your kids could go to school. Thank you to all of the teachers, parents, staff, and of course Mr. Ellsworth for making this school possible in the city of Moscow. read more
