We also made evening appointments at the spa for scrubs and massages. The staff was so kind. The buffet dinner spread was really amazing and the breakfast buffet was pared down but still nice. No omelet station here but we found a variety of things to eat and try before we left for our hot air balloon excursion. Our bedroom had adequate space and our bed was sort of a triple. While we did not spend too much time in the room (we arrived in the afternoon and left by 9 am next day), it was clean and comfortable. The window opened which was nice. We were on the first floor and the place is a bit of maze but manageable. They have entertainment on the 2nd floor lobby area where there was a belly dancer and sort of a club atmosphere after dinner. We spent most of the time in the thermal pool which was so nice after lengthy travel days on a bus. I totally recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area. 5 stars.

The draw here is their thermal waters pools, which feel good and look cool. The brown shell of the pool is faked to look geolocially correct, but the waters are piped in from the mountain, and there is mineral mud from the bottom that you slather all over yourself. this is all included in your room, as well as a large outdoor regular pool. But the room was small and very 'dated'. it was clean, but was old with stains and worn out parts. Much like a motel 6 in the states. The beds were absolute rock, and i like a hard bed. They had no give at all - i actually checked to see if there as a board under the mattress and sheet. the other downside was the food - pretty bad. not bad like rotten just flavorless and old. we had dinner and breakfast, both were really not good and i ate very little at breakfast. stick with the breads and cheeses and you will do ok. there is nothing in the neighborhood, so just stick to the thermal pool and get yourself so hot and dizzy that youre ready to pass out and wont notice the old room and rock hard bed. There is a free belly dance show (though they encourage you to order a drink or 2) by the pool at 9:30, so that is cool too. All in all, nothing terribly 'wrong' with this hotel, but as the 3 stars says - 'ok' .

We had a grand meal, the chicken casserole was the best. Also the appetizer sampler plate gave us so many great tastes of the culture. The boutique hotel is family owned and the hosts will go out of your way to accommodate your wishes. We arrived quite early in the morning (around 10am) and our rooms were still occupied (check-in is at 2pm normally). We were offered the standard Turkish breakfast while they tried to turn over our rooms quickly. The hotel is one of the closest to the Pamukkale entrances, has a pool, has good water pressure in the shower (which I've learned is not always guaranteed in Turkey!) and have an extremely friendly staff who speak English. If you're female (like me) just remember to pack some conditioner since it does not come standard in the room. Overall had a very pleasant experience here and would come back!

The biggest challenge is room service ordering takes 10+ minutes to get ahold of an English speaker. For example, the day we checked in and ordered two wraps with fries and they gave us 4 instead of 2 and charged us for them which we didn't order or leaving bottles of coke when we have no way to open them. They didn't do anything special for our honeymoon which was disappointing. They require you to wear a swimming cap which is provided by the hotel.

We spent one night there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The buffets for both breakfast and dinner were huge with a wonderful variety of choices, easily 10 choices for the entree, and 15 choices for dessert, with salad and fruit at every meal. It's located away from town so for meals it was the only close choice, but the quality (and quantity) of the buffet made that a moot point. Members of our group took advantage of the spa treatments and raved about them. We loved the outdoor pools, going from hot to cold and back two or three times ending up thoroughly relaxed. The staff was attentive and helpful. It well deserves its 5 star rating!
