It's tiny, and the desserts of the day are nicely displayed in a small case at the front of the store. The owner/baker came out to greet us and described each of the options. We chose a lemon tart, a raspberry cheesecake, and a classic cinnamon roll. Each one was delicious. The tart was very fresh, with a strong lemon flavor, a texture that melts in your mouth, and a flaky thin crust. The cheesecake flavor was very light. The first flavor of raspberry being strong, but the cheesecake flavor following. The cinnamon roll was excellent. It is a perfect balance of cinnamon and the dough remained dense and didn't dry out, even though we waited several hours before eating it. Although we don't plan to be back in Ponce any time soon, I wanted to ensure a good review so other's may enjoy the beautifully made desserts at this small local bakery.
