Yet the following points disappointed me repeatedly: - Multiple times I called to find out about availability of a jacket in my size. Twice availability was confirmed together with the promise of the staff to reserve the jacket for me. When I got to the store nobody could find the respective jacket, or staff said it must have been sold already to someone else. - Once I exchanged an article I had bought in a wrong size. After I had picked out an alternative the staff could no longer find my gift certificate/voucher in their system claiming it had already been used by me, which was simply wrong and didn't feel me valued or trusted as a customer. No one wanted to own the situation and nobody offered remedy - very very disappointing and anything but customer-friendly. - I was given wrong information regarding a model of a jacket. The shop assistant claiming the model I asked for wouldn't exist in the colour I asked for - again simply wrong as it was available online. In addition to the points above there were smaller things such as shop assistant's advice for a jacket in a certain size "as it was the perfect size and fit for me". Two weeks later the same person claimed that a size smaller "would be the only right choice and right size for me" in both instances the respective other size was not in stock, i.e. could not be tried on. This together with the above let me seriously doubt professionalism of the store and its staff - what a pity! I cannot recommend this store, which is a pity as the Barbour products are widely known to be of good quality! I would try somewhere!

It was a bit warm and humid in the room and we opened the window but mosquitoes were coming in so we were very hot during the night. Front guest gentlemen gave great food recommendations.

Nothing , literally nothing was good about this hotel other than the staff was nice and the water pressure was strong. I can't think of anything else that went right! It smelled so bad in the hallway and room , I think there is mold! I was supposed to stay there for 5 night and I made sure to cancel all the other nights once I found a better hotel in Milan. I am so upset I can't believe this is a 4 star hotel: NO WAY!!! This is at max a 3 star hotel and I'm being generous. What a waste of $1000 for 2 nights.
