Worst service here tonight. I ordered (2) 3 choice plates. I waited 10 minutes for the Beijing beef. When the lady put it into the second plate she did not add the 3rd choice. But I checked my receipt and she charged me for the (2) 3 choice plates. So I asked for the 3rd entre and she said she needed to charge me for it. When I told her that I was already charged for it, she argued about it with me insisting she needed to charge me again. So I paid for a portion of our food twice. So not happy. I frequent this panda as its close to my house. The food and service has always been pretty good for the most part. I'm not particularly concerned with getting top notch service... I want to be in and out, get what I need and leave. But tonight, while checking out we handed the cashier cash that was well over the amount due and was asked, "do you have a dollar". Without thinking about it, we handed her a dollar thinking it was going toward evening out the change. But upon looking at the receipt found it was a donation.... Which we totally would've been fine with but the cashier could've just told us that to begin with! Don't trick people into donating! It's for a children's hospital goodness. read more

I haven't Yelped in a long time and I definitely haven't eaten at Panda Express in years; however, I feel this is very noteworthy. The last few times I ate at Panda Express, it was terrible and disappointing for too many reasons to list, so I haven't been back. Today we were needing a quick snack before our trip and Panda Express was right there, so I conceded... SO GLAD WE DID! This place was awesome! We ordered a medium orange chicken and Shanghai Angus Steak. The orange chicken was low, so I had to wait for more while it cooked. What was awesome? The customer service was awesome. They were killing it. So polite and they offered me a soda while I waited. The food was on point too... Fresh, great taste, and not greasy. Definitely renewed my afinity for Panda Express. I will absolutely be back, particularly to this Panda Express. read more

I love Panda Express! However this EWA location does not meet the Panda Quality. First off the bat they don't have the China mist passion tea ( basically the only reason I eat at panda lol) then the place is tiny with very little seating and their employees are just sitting there on break taking up a whole table on their phones. This is the only panda express in ewa beach. And it always has the same quality and service every time I come here. The only downside ja it's size off the restaurant versus the number of customers. There is usually a line to the door every time I come here. The food is normally fresh because they constantly run out from such high demands. We all know what Panda has to offer. It's pretty much like a McDonald's. Anywhere you go to eat it, the food will most likely taste the same. Location: right across of the Ewa Beach Safeway. Space: kinda small, about (4) tables and 4 or 5 stool table tops. Some outside seating as well. Restroom: one for each gender. Customer service: really great. They don't mind spending time on your questions even if there is a line behind you and they offer samples if you can't make up your mind. The best part of panda's is they are always making a fresh batch of their many entrees so it's best to ask and wait if they are. My favorite entree here is their Beijing Beef, and they are known for their orange chicken. I was here this afternoon at about 4pm and it was packed, they just opened so I can only imagine what it's like during normal lunch or dinner hours. Parking: plentiful. Love seeing Ewa Beach developing, I'm definitely a fan of this new spot. read more

Talk about stingy they place is real stingy!!! Every time I come here, they give me little portions compared to others. When I come here with my husband, they always seem to give him bigger portions than my plate. I also ordered two plates tonight (without my husband) and the guy after me, the lady gave him a lot of that chicken breast fire with pineapple like three times the scoops they normally give. I was mad. Also the guy who made my half fried rice and half fried noodles is so stingy! He gave the lady before me a lot more noodles than I did. When I asked him to give me more cabbage in my noodles he gricken out the noodles he scooped up back down and gave me more cabbage instead. I love this location. It's clean. Parking is easy. The food is great and fresh. They can get really busy but even when there is a huge line they work fast and still get everything right. Even if they didn't have the entree I wanted I've only had to wait 5 minutes at most. The workers here are friendly and attentive and want to make sure they get your order right. read more

Best Panda Express ever! These guys are quick and super kind. They are always ready to serve you with a smile and a sample. The food is always piping hot and fresh. The only downfall is that this location has a very small dining area for the number of people that come through. I rarely come here to eat because it gets a little pricey for a family of 4, however I did buy lunch here today (something different than the normal McDonald's or Tacobell). I regret my decision. Once I ordered I knew I should've turned around and walk out the door. I ordered 1 bowl and 2 plates all with the side order Chow Fun. The chow fun serving dish was basically empty but the girl still put what was left of it in the bowl (which was basically scraps - bits & pieces of noodles). She yelled out chow fun to tell the cooks she's out and told me it's gonna be about 7 minutes. I told her ok since we prefer the chow fun opposed to the other side dishes. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing that the cook didn't start or wasn't cooking chow fun I asked the girl "how's the chow fun coming along?" She went to check and came back and said "sorry, it's gonna be a little while longer". The cook didn't even start the chow fun so now I have to wait another 7-10 minutes for the cook to cook the chow fun. At this point I'm irritated and debated on walking out the door since technically I hadn't paid for my order yet. Once the chow fun was cooked the supervisor was gonna put the chow fun in our already cold plates so I told her NO - I want freshly made plates. I'm not usually a bad customer but as a going to be paying customer I expect what I'm paying for which was a hot meal. The manager had no problem with making fresh plates immediately for me and rang me up promptly. Food was good, portion great. The guy who made our plate had awesome customer service, however his other co-workers could use some customer service training. For starters when you see customers with a child looking for seats inside of your restaurant to sit down and eat, maybe instead of just sitting there talking while you take up two tables inside you could offer them a table. Especially since when we decided to eat on the outside tables these same four employees taking up tables inside decided to join us outside no more then 2 minutes after we settled with our child to eat. This location is a good as most Panda locations. They do not have the Passion iced tea which is disappointing. One major thing that lead to not go here is the lack of prepared food. It seems that majority of the times they don't have a number of items ready. They will ate one persons order and set it on the counter while you have to wait for them to cook the other items. The problem is one person ends up with a cold meal. After this became a norm I finally told them I am tired of getting cold meals and walked out. Will not be returning anytime soon. read more

Compared to the Pearl City Panda Express, this one could use a big improvement. When I went in, thy had a trainee who they carted around and pushed to the side. She was literally doing nothing because they made her stand there and look like an idiot. Is this how they train new employees? There were five managers there and the counter and kitchen were completely over staffed. I was not greeted when I entered the restaurant and the staff was unfriendly. I was asked the same questions seven times on whether I wanted an extra entree or if I wanted spring rolls. I understand that they were probably trained in that type of customer service, but do they really have to have seven people ask me the same question? Or is their goal to pressure a customer in spending more money for food they might not finish? read more
