We walked into a clean and delicious smelling space where the food is displayed in shallow pans. They don't keep too much food on display and so are always cooking small batches fresh. I'm impressed that they will not serve food that seemed to have been sitting there for too long. We got three meals that day and the food was so fresh, and tasty that we went back today for more. This is your run of the mill Panda Express. Has everything you would expect from a fast food Asian spot. I used to dine in every now and then but because of the Pandemic have been forced to take it home. As far as how they are handling it, I would say pretty good. They are on top of cleaning and not cross contaminating. Limiting people inside and setting up plexiglass between them and the customers. Because of all that, I still come back here whenever I'm craving some specific items. As for food, my go-to's are the Orange Chicken and the Sweet-fire chicken breast. Both are delicious and loaded with flavor. I also get a mix of the chow mein and white rice as my side. If I'm feeling up for it, a spring roll as well. I have absolutely zero tolerance for any restaurant that misses a food item in an order when everything is WRITTEN DOWN ON THE RECEIPT. It is common sense to double-check the food you're putting in the bag to match what's on the receipt before handing it off to the driver or customer. I ordered a plate with 2x fried rice, honey sesame chicken, and orange chicken to be delivered to my house. When the food arrived and I opened my container, there was no orange chicken, just an empty space in my Styrofoam container where a scoop of orange chicken should have been. Yet the receipt that was included in the bag with my food in it clearly had "Orange Chicken" printed there, ABOVE the honey sesame chicken. The employees working here don't give a **** about your order. There's no "forgetting" to add something to the order when it's very clearly printed on the receipt and you have the power to double-check the damn food before it gets sent off. It really isn't that hard, but common sense goes right out the window when your establishment is full of incompetent workers. Horrible service!!! No professionals here handling customers. Online instructs you order online due to increasing spread of the coronavirus. The order was placed and paid online, resulting in the time to be ready for pick up at 7:31 pm. After a slow drive, I arrive for pick up, while taking the precaution to not be in a place with more than 10 people. I saw this location being built previously and decided to check it out today. I really like the decor it has from other locations. I'm not sure if they recently opened but I think they have some "kinks" to work out. When I walked in I didn't feel greeted and the staff wasn't as warm as I felt they could have been. I ordered my usual chow mein and Beijing beef and decided to try the mushroom chicken. The stir-fry noodles were very hard as if they hadn't been cooked or steamed long enough. The Beijing beef was almost finished and the last bit looked over cooked. So I asked for a new batch. They said it would take 8 minutes but it was just over 10 minutes when it was done. I checked my bank and the payment had gone through so I went back into the restaurant to let her know and she got super nervous because she didn't know what to do. One of my favorite places to eat lunch because it's a walking distance from my office and probably my favorite Chinese fast food joint! Flavors are great and consistent, prices are good (less than $10 for a plate with two entrees), and the staff is efficient and friendly. My go-to meal has to be the Honey Walnut Chicken bowl! But there is a wide selection of entrees, mostly some sort of chicken, beef, shrimp, which means everyone can get what they want (there are limited vegetarian options). As other Yelpers have pointed out, the soda fountain area can get quite messy. I blame it on the foot traffic that goes here during the lunch hour. I will try to come on the weekend to see if they keep it cleaner and will report back. read more
