We ordered at the drive through asked to pull up front waited 20 minutes for our food had to go in and ask for it. I watched them fill multiple orders with the same exact food. After standing there for 10 minutes they finally noticed me and asked if they could help. Then they filled the order. Everytime I come to state line panda I have to wait for an item. this is the fifth time. They usually don't have the vegetables and today didn't have a main entree. Took a year to talk my husband into Panda Express and had it delivered from pointe place in post falls the last 2 times and happy with the food. It costs about $10 between delivery and tip so this time decided to take advantage of the pick up option they offer and BIG mistake ! We are 10 minutes away ( close to same distance as CDA location) and decided to save toe $10 and pick up. They said nothing about lobby being closed and had to sit at drive through for 30 minutes even though ordered and paid online !!! Stopped by last night 30 minutes before closing. The place was clean I'm assuming it was the manager was deep cleaning under everything on the front counter the staff was really friendly. We thought they may be annoyed that we came in so close to the end of the night but they told us no worries come in and take your time. My wife and I love panda and stopped going because the one in cda is always so packed. We will for sure be back at the Stateline Panda great job to that crew. read more

Very bad dinner. Didn't want give it one star. My family will not eat at this Panda Express again. Blah unflavorful noodle with no onions very little celery that was overcooked and tasted a little burnt. We ordered 4 to go dinner plates and they gave the first person extra large portions but the rest were small portions. The server also was talking and not paying attention to us. The nicest people I have ever met! I have never been to a Panda Express as clean and neat as this one. It is extremely convenient for me because it is right next to the Walmart. We've ordered from this place a few times, the majority of the times we ordered from there had poor service. Our orders got mixed up, we didn't get the right items that we ordered, we've had to drive back a few times to get our correct order and even then the order was still messed up. My husband ordered take out from the Coeur dAlene Panda Friday. My beef broccoli had hunks of fat and most of the chicken was gristle. I let it go thinking maybe it would just be a one time thing. Tonight, my son wanted Panda for his birthday dinner so we got some take out from the Post Falls restaurant. I have severe reflux so I stay away from anything with the chili pepper warning. My Shanghai beef was so spicy it even made the noodles spicy it was laying on, even though it has no heat warning. It also had mostly tough, grisly pieces. Then, my son wanted potstickers and they say they haven't had them in 4 years. Why are they on the website then? I'm sure I'll be coughing and choking with my throat closing for at least a week thanks to the few pieces of spicy Shanghai Beef I was not warned about. Oh and don't waste your time trying to contact them. Finally, the website contact forum doesn't work, and the manager thinks that you can contact them by the number or link on the back of the receipt, but it's only a select the number survey.
