Yesterday I walked into this Panda Express due to a long drive-thru line. I saw 4 people working. As I was waiting they finally told me that one more order was ahead of me although I was the ONLY person in the store. I finally realized that she made me wait until everybody in the drive- thru line order was taken first and then she took my order. Remember I was the only person in the store. The food is OK but they seem to change their closing hours sometimes. I went through on June 24 they're supposed to be open till 930 I went through at 8:45 they stated they were closing at nine tonight and they had basically no food left by then I was trapped in the drive-through so I had to sit through the weight without getting any food and it seems that the car in front of me felt the same way because they drove right through the window without stopping for food either read more

This place has no clue what customer service is. First they ask you to pull around to the front then they give your food to someone else and have the audacity to expect you to accept it. Which of course I refused to do. Then they make you wait all over again while they help everyone else instead of working to correct their own screw up. Then finally when you get sick of waiting they try to tell you they can't refund your money because there is no manager on duty. Which is a load of shit. Terrible service from Tyler, I believe is the name of the girl who was taking the orders... I go to Panda 3 to 4 times per week and know pretty much everyone at this location, but this time was different, i stand there for about 15 min waiting for this girl to taje my order but never did.. i can tell she is not happy with her job.. i sit in one of the tables and she never took my order, as i was walking out she saw me and still didn't say anything... its just terrible this happens at a place like Panda.. read more

Came in on Tuesday august 8 and my visit was amazing due to the helpful service I had from the manager named Vivi. She was happy to answer all of my questions due to my diet restrictions. I ended up ordering mushroom chicken, and string bean chicken which were the lowest Calorie count. I will definitely be back. read more

I visit this location once a week, on my last visit I went in and the employee who took my order was also taking orders in the drive through. She made a plate and I thought it was for another customer because it wasn't with the items I asked for. Another employee took over and had the plate with her I asked if it was mine she said it was, I told her that was not what I ordered, maybe I wasn't loud enough but I was positive of what I ordered and if she made a mistake I was okay with that it happens. The previous employee who had served my food cam back and was so mad when I said I order something else she tells another employee want I had done while looking at me as if I was her worst enemy. I felt disappointed because I didn't care if they made the wrong order just fix it I had pointed at what I wanted standing in front of it, and the item she gave was on another side. To be clear I always, always order the same item. The employee who had taken over because the first one was taking orders on her headphone was very nice the rest of the transaction. I had to share my bad service experience because service is so important and I didn't make a big deal about my order, someone else was with me and they heard what I order. Regardless I was never rude or confrontational but I saw how mad she was, maybe they get in a lot of trouble for getting a wrong order maybe she was having a bad day. Decided to visit this location for the first time, as it is closer to home, big mistake, the food is great, but the service is horrible Taylor was rude. I brushed it off as I figured maybe she is having a bad day, but once I paid asked Taylor for hot sauce and she threw it in my bag (bag was sitting on the counter) RUDE!!! WORSE PANDA location EVER! Rice-dry and inedible! Noodles ALSO dry and inedible! "steak" if you want to call it that.....fatty and chewy, questioning the animal this came from. Ahh I hate giving bad reviews but the only thing that gives it a star is how nice they were, other than that the food was not fresh and kinda tangy, and it sucks because it's 6.20 for a bowl and that's a lot for the amount and quality they gave us. Service was horrible. I went inside, and watched as car after car pulled into drive thru and were promptly served, while me and another couple waited and waited! Automaton girl was helping drive thru, and kept her eyes down - would not even look up to acknowledge people standing in front of her. The "manager" was measuring out raw meat for cooking...plop, plop... into the fryer. Totally unappetizing. She could only manage to yell at people "sorry for the wait!", but couldn't break away from her meat slopping to actually help anyone. The cook finally came over to ask for my order, but he couldn't ring me up, because he didn't have a register drawer. Meanwhile, "giggles", who had been on break, came over and told the "manager" she had to leave in a half hour and hadn't taken her "second" break, so the "manager" told her to go take her second break! So "giggles" tippy toed back out to her table. Yes, cars are still going through the drive through, "automaton" is still filling drive thru orders. "manager" is now cooking, because "cook" wend on break. There are three people in the restaurant. Me, the couple in line ahead of me, and a teenager who snuck in line ahead because she only wanted some wantons and a drink. I don't think this should have been so overwhelming to this staff. The kicker is the manager's response when I flipped. I had to yell 3 or 4 times "hey!" to even get someone's attention...oh, look - Automaton looked up! The "manager gave the typical excuses of someone with way too much authority for her level of training - "well, do you want your food, or not!?!" No, miss. No, thank you. Really, I know in the Hemet/San J area, choices are limited. If you have to go, go drive thru. But really consider...is that meat cooked? read more

Absolutely fantastic all around! They can get busy at the typical times and things do slow down, but they are working their tails off to get everyone through as quick as possible. I am always greeted with a friendly "Welcome to Panda!" no matter how busy they are. I tend to order things that are more popular, meaning sometimes I have to wait while they make more. While a minor inconvenience, it is not anyone's fault as they are clearly working as fast as they can. They are always very apologetic and offer me something like a free drink or egg roll to make up for the wait (despite the fact that I knew going in what they were out of). By far the best Panda location I've ever been to and they have earned my repeat business! read more

The food is good and fresh, I usually go here once every week. Although just a few minutes ago I called in to get a pricing on 4 large entree's of Honey Wallnut Shrimp. The girl on the phone gave me an attitude and seems like she was not having a very happy day. Plus she just kept saying "Well...I don't know the pricing of that entree since it's Honey Walnut Shrimp and it will go up but I don't know." I asked if she could ask her boss or someone to get me an estimate, she kept replying the same thing. So I said "Ok, thank you and I'm not ordering here, good bye." One little attitude or not taking the initiative to ask supervisors is a horrible worker and needs to be fired or coached.Not coming here again until they straiten out their customer service or get their employee's fully trained or would I even think about asking for catering prices. Horrible dry food. Got charged for a meal that wasn't mine ON TOP OF my meal for my family so an extra $20 that they said would be refunded in three days, instead of snatching my card out of my hand she should've went over my order with me. I'm a student at Mt San Jacinto and I have continually come here only because it's convenient but the service is terrible every time I come in. Today I came in and Bri and Ashley had the worst attitudes with me, arguing about both the entrées that I wanted to order. Will not be returning here. This is the WORST Panda Express I've ever been to (and I've eaten at quite a few) !!! I went there tonight near closing; 8:47pm. I ordered string bean chicken and asked for extra onions. There was no string bean chicken on the buffet so he had to make a small order just for me. So, I get my food and there are only like 3-4 peices of onion in the box. I ask the mgr about it and she tells me they cant give me extra onions which is Bullsh*t because I always order the same thing at other Panda Expresses and never have an issue. The workers at this Panda always have an attitude like theyre doing you a favor by serving you food. They are rude and the mgr is just as bad. The food rarely looks fresh; especially near closing time. I wish there was another Panda nearby so when I'm craving string bean chicken I wouldnt have to deal with the assh*les at store #1500! I'm done patronizing this store. It's obvious customer service is way, way, way down at the bottom of their list on how to treat customers... right below the importance of store cleanliness!
