I only occasionally be going to this location because it seems to be the same problem always out of FOOD or extremely long wait. I took my son to get a bowl and ordered it at the drive-through. they waited and tell the window to let me know it's a 5 to 7 minute wait and wanted me to drive all the way around to the front to get in front of the busy traffic next parking lot big circle to the front. I asked for my money back only 8.70$. They said no because managers are an emergency meeting right now. (6:30 pm ) Not even two minutes later, they gave me the chow mein that's dry no sauce no vegetables and I asked them to give me the right chow mein that are cooked all they way with sauce and veggies and they said no. Not only were the portions tiny (like three pieces of chicken for one of my entrees), the orange chicken was beyond old. I almost broke a tooth trying to eat it. Food is medium quality. If you order beef and broccoli expect Broccoli with two tiny excuses for beef. The drive thru is constantly 20+ min. The workers are extremely stand-offish. When placing a mobile order they expect you to show them your personal email or text messages to prove you actually have an order there. Terrible experience every time I go. I asked for sweet 'n sour sauce on the side of my veggie egg rolls and was given one single container that, once I got home, I realized was empty. What is the point of this? Sadly, I have experienced everything everyone else has minus the anaphylactic shock. 30+ minute waits, missing items, items not available, tiny amounts of whatever meat/shrimp, tons of cabbage and broccoli but little else of whatever, rude servers who act like I'm asking too much by ordering their food and NO teriyaki sauce over 90% of the time. seriously, it's teriyaki chicken, give us the sauce. I've come to the conclusion that I need to go into the location to order my food so I can look them in the eye and watch that they are putting in my boxes and make sure the order is correct. Panda Express is a guilty pleasure of mine on occasion when I dine alone. My other half hates P E. This particular location I am usually really impressed with, it is usually really clean, has hot food, and great service. It has been a while since I have been in. I stopped in the other day, I felt the young man helping me didn't care for his job, tried to hurry me along, even though NO ONE was in line behind me. I have a broken tailbone, and a kidney stone at the moment so it is a little hard to move. The place didn't seem as clean as it normally does, and also I feel like the size of the to go container looks smaller than it used to. Not that I need to pig out or anything. Also my other complaint. Why is it when you ask for honey walnut shrimp, you get ripped off at most locations? Do I need to make this the only meat so I do not get ripped off? Consistent flavors no matter which store you go to. I always want the "healthy Greens" and always get huge hunks of cabbage and gigantic pieces of broccoli. Panda Express is a chain of fast food Chinese food. Generally speaking the quality is good. I was in the mood for this fare on a trip up I-5 and this one was there at dinner time for me. I got lucky and there was no line when I came in, later there was a big one. I got the two item combo and got plenty of fresh food with a nice bit of sauce, which isn't always the case at other locations. You can get steamed rice, fried rice and/or noodles as your side. Dishes come in three sizes, and really the small bowl should be enough, but getting two entrees is pretty awesome, especially for the price. They cook in small batches, so, while some things can be out, in about 10 minutes, they should have what you want. read more
