As a paying customer it was the worst experience I've had as a customer in general including ALL industry. They are also VERY RACIST. When the owner was calling the cops on me, she described my race as HISPANIC to have them come quicker. I am the furthest person from being or looking or sounding like Hispanic in any way possible. My first experience with Megan though, the massage wasn't that great at all, but I tipped her $10 because she seemed nice. However, I was just really shocked how rude and insane she was. I've worked in a service industry for years myself. This was way over the limit. The owner lady gave me the money back at the end and a hug. The lady seemed like a sweet lady, but it's absolutely terrible business practice letting the new girl (Megan) ruling the place as she pleases and treating the customers like this. She is located in Anderson at 4107 Liberty Highway. Her building is behind another building so it's kind of hard to find but well worth it. I had decided on a 90 minute massage with some additional percussion therapy and I called to make an appointment. We set up a time for 10 AM the next day. The establishment was very clean and she welcomed me as I came in the door. We took a minute to discuss the issues I was having with my back. Crystal then went right to work. The massage was as good as any massage I've ever had. Very thorough and very deep. She has very strong supple hands. It was a true whole body massage. When the hour and a half was over my back was so much better. I was totally relaxed. I highly recommend Crystal and I told her I will be back on a monthly basis.
