I returned on 2/20/15 and he told me he wasn't going to allow me to exchange or refund the product Cause it's a known fact that no hobby store has a return policy. I asked him where is it posted in his store and he said it's not. I asked for a written receipt of what was purchased and he said my credit card receipt is my receipt. The credit card receipt doesn't help me if I want to resell whatever it is that he sold me. During this conversation he acknowledged the contents of the package were undisturbed and appeared unopened. He accused me of being a liar and he called me crazy when I became angry that he told my boyfriend that It was known about his return policy. He is very disrespectful, arrogant and dishonest. That said, I wouldn't return to this location simply because the very moment I walked in I was given/required to wear a mask to shop on property. Yes, the wonderful mask of 2020. No recent COVID outbreak, I wasn't sick. It wasn't optional. I cannot support a business that believes that is the best practice. Mandates are gone. The mask functionality is 50/50 at best.
