The owner and his wife were very nice and friendly as was some of the older staff, but some of his younger workers needed some serious remedial training in how to deal with customers. Last time I was in there this black kid with short dreadlocks, just kept staring at me from behind the counter and not once did he say "can I help you?" A short time later, I saw him jacking his jaws with another employee and by this time I had enough. I walked out the door, went to my vehicle in the parking lot and ordered right then and there what I needed from Amazon.com.
