When you go inside, someone greets you to seat you and bring menus. You order with the waiter and once you're done, you pay at the register giving them your table money. Their pizza was fine, they spoke English just fine. I think it was the most reasonably priced meal I've gotten in Europe. Inside was clean with plenty of tables. My issue with them is we watched the Indian woman clean the table, the chairs, AND THE FLOOR with the same towel. That's nasty. At least use a different towel for the floor.
