This office failed to catch an anomaly in a submitted 1099 tax year 2018 document that should have been a red flag to any tax professional. The state sent us notice this past December 2022 of an underpayment of tax for 2018, which included interest which was very expensive. We called this office immediately and they took no responsibility for the error and just washed their hands of the whole thing. Just to compare, we ran the document thru Turbo Tax and it caught the anomaly. read more

I was charged $1800.00 for my 2021 individual tax prep!!! Nothing complicated, just a 1040 and CA state taxes, and a few other basic things (rental property, etc). I was referred to this place by someone I know, so I didn't think to ask how much they charge. I normally pay $200-$300 and was thinking maybe $500 max. Oh boy was I wrong........ Service was okay, nothing spectacular and nothing bad. The 1 star rating is based on price. Seriously, who charges this much for basic individual tax prep? Feeling disappointed and borderline ripped off. Paid my bill and won't be back, ever. If you decide to hire these guys make sure that you get a written breakdown of their costs beforehand! read more

Had an educational IRA with Pandelis, I called to see what the tax status was even though the money was no longer with Pandelis...Called 7-1-16 talked to Sandy, she said because I was not a customer she could not help me. Also Pandelis uses a company called FSC, which is a dirty company (IMHO). The dirtbags at FSC charged me when I withdrew my sons educational IRA..So I lost money dealing with these dirtbags..nothing like stealing from children huh FSC, and Pandelis (IMHO). read more

I gave Pandelis 5 tax years to file. He filed them, but they were audited because he put the same exact travel expense for 3 years in a row. The IRS audited and said I actually owed 5X the amount! I had to hire a tax attorney to figure out the mess with the IRS. It costs me tens of thousands of dollars to get this straightened out. I would never hire this man again. Be warned. read more
