I like pandoras ... they serve food til 1 or 1:30 I think so that's a big plus. They have TVs which are always playing music videos, and they have a few dart machines. In the back there's private rooms for karaoke. LOCATION: on Makaloa right across from Walmart Keeamoku FOOD: it's pupu style bar food. Mandoo, katsu, poke, etc .. it's all tasty. They also have a sushi bar but I have yet to try. It seems a lil more on the pricey side for sushi though. DRINKS: flavored soju pitchers for $20. They do not have a big selection of draft beers, but many bottled beers. And a full bar. SERVICE: i think if you're sitting at the bar it's usually attentive service from the bartenders but sometimes service is crappy when you're sitting at a table. Takes long to get service or they forget things. I wanted to give 3 stars but I feel 3 is too low. I come here frequently and enjoy it but in my opinion it's a little overpriced. Soju pitchers are usually $15 everywhere else and i noticed we always rack up a big bill without even ordering a lot. But if in the area this is definitely a cool bar to check out ! read more

10/05 @ 11PM Came here for a birthday party and I'll never return. My boyfriend begged me to write a review because this place is just THAT bad. To preface, the night started off with having the reservation of the room (made by the birthday boy & his girlfriend) delayed- the room was reserved from 11PM - 2AM. However, we didn't get into the room until 11:30 because the previous party was refusing to leave.. the staff literally had to start kicking people out. This left all of us standing near the bar / sushi bar area in the meantime (about 15 of us at the time). Parking: I'm not sure if it's usually like this, but Pandora provided our party free parking- we just had to ask for tickets from the staff so we could put it on our car dashboard (I don't remember them doing this about 2 years ago when I first came to this establishment?). Drinks: I mean.. everything my boyfriend & I ordered was pretty standard (shots & beer). But my friends ordered soju. Meh.. I've had so much better elsewhere. She got a bottle of the li-hing soju and another friend got lychee soju (I think, from what it tasted like lol).. both were flat and tasted like it was missing something. If you're looking for quality soju, I'd stick to the Korean bars. Service: This was such a huge factor in our night and the actions of 2 of the staff reassured us to take our business elsewhere in the future! The asian dude with glasses kept YELLING at people for their drink orders when he brought them into the room. I get it; it's loud, people are drunk, the music is going on in the background- but he made it like it was such an inconvenience in his life to serve drinks to paying customers. He even attempted to get on 1 of the microphones in the room so he could announce the drinks he brought! The short / young girl with curly black hair who also came in the room to serve drinks / clean up the empty bottles and cups was THROWING the glasses, ceramic plates, beer bottles, etc into her busser bin across the table- as if she was pissed off at the room for having dishes she had to clean up after. OVERALL: it wasn't even my party and I felt incredibly uncomfortable with the service and the quality of the night that was supposed to be for a happy occasion. Never coming back here. Came today 5/20/17 to pick up my husband's ID and debit card because we forgot it here when we left. The problem is that we were not able to pick up his debit card. Informed them that we had to give ID AND debit card for the karaoke room when we came and we forgot it because we left early. So how is it that they have his ID and not his debit card...? The manager there told us that they put the ID and debit/credit cards together but we had to give those cards on two separate occasions since the girl who took it only grabbed his ID first then returned for his debit card. Shady as f***. If you come down here, don't start a tab. Just pay on the spot. If not, you might end up having to report for a lost/stolen card and go through the hassle like we have to. read more

This is our second time coming to this place. Our business was working another expo at the Hawaii convention center. Since we all had a great experience last time, we wanted to go again. They accommodated us with a same day reservation. Upon arriving, our server got got drinks and food order started. However, after waiting for 20min for my husbands beer, he had to walk out of the room to the bar in the front to buy one. We got our bottle of soju, food and the beers after 30 min but we had to keep asking for plates, glasses for the soju and a pitcher of water. After asking three times we finally got it. We were also put in the international room, where the remote, tv and song book was in korean. We understood that it was the only room left and got a hang of finding songs to sing but the songs are very limited. A lot of common popular songs are not on there. The food was bland this time around. We got salt pepper steak, which didn't taste like it was seasoned at all, the teriyaki kalbi was alright. Overall, we had a great first experience, however our second experience was disappointing. Not sure i wIll bring our group back. read more

I will not be returning to this karaoke bar. Last night, I went here because one of my friends was getting a room for her birthday. The place itself is kind of sketchy, the surrounding shops weren't open so it's very dark and a lot of unfriendly looking people were hanging outside of the bar. The parking wasn't very clear so to be safe we parked far and walked (came to find out that it was located behind the karaoke bar). The biggest reason why I will not be returning is because of the service. It was a Saturday night so all of the rooms were being used and the outside bar area was packed as well. There weren't any servers coming in for long periods of time so we went to the bar. The lady said we would have to go back to our room and our orders would be taken. When someone did come in, they took one persons order then left without giving anyone else in the room a chance to order anything. After 30 minutes no one came back so we decided to just go up to the bar. Again, someone came and said we had to go back, but since we were waiting a long time the lady said that she would just take our order telling her to start a tab and giving her my card. Afterwards, we got our drinks, except one. Then the server brought us our check saying "here's your change" when we didn't pay yet. Came to find out they took someone else's money to pay for our tab. I went outside to go with the person who paid our tab and to get his refund and to close my tab before something else went wrong. The server refunded the other person but lost my debit card. She made me wait 30 minutes before finally saying they can't find it and asked for my number and said they will take care of the tab. She also asked me questions saying "are you sure I didn't give it back?" when I've never seen this server before. Apparently losing cards here isn't uncommon and that is a very big problem. I learned my lesson to always bring cash to a bar but to be that careless with customers cards frequently is terrible. I will say though despite this bad experience the server that actually took my card was very apologetic and tried to keep going behind the bar to make sure they were trying to find it because she understood I was upset. read more

Where should I start.... There were a lot of reviews that stated how this places was dated and a mess and management replied to some of those to say they are working on it. Those reviews were over four months old. I can tell you that either management lied or the contractors tricked them out of their money. When I entered this place looked like a hole in the wall. Me and my friends came here for the karaoke so please do not use my review for the food section. And with the way the place looked, I don't think I'd eat there. I will say this place seemed pretty popular as it was very crowded for a weekday. We requested a room and the waitress returned shortly to show us to our rooms. Promptly showed us how to work everything, asked us if we wanted water and left. We waited, and waited and waited with no water. We had to go flag her down and she told us she forgot. In the booth I happened to look up and saw a huge hole in the ceiling and half covered up by a black trash bag so much for renovations. Music from other rooms were way too loud and was hard to hear our own. Waitress forgot about our drink order again. Yep I won't be returning here. My first one star review in a while. read more

My friends and I went here to celebrate a birthday. When my friends called to secure a room the woman they spoke to told them they would call them back, however she did not. So, when my friends got there they needed to wait and speak with someone, I'm guessing the manager. We needed two rooms to accommodate the people in our party. My friends and I wanted one room, however due to lack of communication they needed to book two rooms and wait half an hour while they tried to speak to their manager. When we got the rooms we were having trouble with the karaoke system, as time passed someone came in to help us, but at this point we just asked them for an aux. That aux cost $20 and we bought 2 for the other room as well. I'm not sure if the waiters/waitresses are supposed to come to our room to take our orders, but majority of the night we just went up to the bar. At this point the service was okay. However, at the end of the night our friends flask was taken away, which had water in it. Some people that we just met poured soju in that flask when me and my friends went to the bathroom. On our part we did understand that they took the flask away because of the soju. So, once we realized what those people did, we asked the bartender if we could get the flask back & just dump the soju. She told us to get the flask back we needed to pay $150, so at that point we just left the flask. We came to find out that they charged us $150 anyways and we did not get the flask back. We were unaware of this rule/procedure. This place was a mess when we arrived and when we left. Poor communication to their guest poor service and their workers are not professional. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS KARAOKE BAR. There are other karaoke places you should look at before coming here. read more

They have a great selection of songs and some of the workers were nice, but that's the only good experience we had. Nowhere on the website does it say that there is a $10 charge for being underage and that would have affected our decision to reserve a room here. But suddenly we were told we needed to pay $10 when we showed up and already payed the flat fee for the room. To add on, they tried to double charge us for our food. Soo, despite the surprising amount of recent bad reviews of this place, I decided to check it out. My friends and I have been on a hunt for a new favorite karaoke bar since moving to town recently, and after one visit here I can safely say that this place most definitely does NOT make the list!! We came the other weekend and it was somewhat full but still rather slow compared to other bars around the area. Anywho, so we were able quickly sit ourselves at a table and instantly began being snubbed. The servers were extremely arrogant and didn't seem to know what they were doing. While waiting for over 40 min for our 4 beers... we over heard the table behind us talking about how one of their friends was a worker and could bring their underaged friends in!!! Can't say for sure if this is true but seriously??? My friend also came to a bachelor party here a few weeks ago and said their room had strippers, so I asked about it on yelp in the hopes of booking a room for a surprise bachelorette party and never got a response. Told that same friend that I inquired about it for myself on yelp and he told me I shouldn't have because he didn't think it was actually allowed!! Red flags people!! To explain the rest of our night would just be redundant of what I already wrote. So to sum things up, this place just really isn't anything special. Nothing original. Bad service. Shady policies. First time here and honestly good system, pricing, and staff. But just when you had a good night in a huge room with good service, they couldn't keep track of the multiple tabs we had. Definitely got double charged for some sojus with my party. They have a system for keeping track of the transactions with peoples names and when I asked about a Charles paying for a soju, they said that he never was here, even though he definitely paid and closed out and, oh yeah, was in my party. So it ended up on my bill since I covered the room reservation. You would think they could handle a bunch of different cards with a good POS system but I guess there was absolutely nothing they could do. I won't be coming back ever again! It seemed to be a bit of favoritism with the other customers where others were constantly waited on and inquired if any services were needed. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but they seriously proved that the entire night. They came back like twice the whole 2 hours on their own when we were there and they said they would come back to take our orders - HOWEVER, the people I arrived with had to flag the waitresses for service each time we wanted to order something. I do want to add there was one waitress who seemed the most friendly -- I'll give that a pro for the moment. What was worse was that my sister ordered the Pandora special and waited for 30 minutes to finally ask the waitress for an update. A few minutes later the waitress came back saying that the order wasn't put in and if my sister would still like to complete the order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They said sorry but didn't even offer any compensation where after 20 more minutes the order FINALLY CAME! WTH! The portions are REALLY SMALL! My sister's order was $12 but the amount was for 5 TINY pieces. OMG -- WASTE MONEY! What was worse it was an easy roll to make with crab meat, nori and hamachi on top. Hamachi is expensive I get that, but I've been to other places where the portions are bigger with more pieces to serve. If you don't to tip, this is the perfect place. After what seemed like FOREVER to get our drinks the waitresses would just leave after providing our orders and we didn't give a chance to tip them. Of course it's courtesy to tip for EACH drink (at least theat's how it is in my books) If that's how they don't want to receive a bit extra then by all means WALK AWAY. I also asked for a sprite back for one of my shots and I didn't get it until 15 min later I downed it (i didn't even bother to ask for it anymore since I was doing a birthday shot -- I was like WTH! I was looking for a spot that could host a company get together. We're a fun group with big personalities so what could be better than a little karaoke? Pandora is a nice spot - it's fairly clean and has large private rooms that could accommodate my team. I set up the reservation by calling. I was told to send a text message to a specific phone number from their automated greeting. I was a little worried about not speaking to a live person, but I received a reply to my text promptly followed by a phone call. I also received a call day of to confirm my reservation which was much appreciated. We reserved for a Saturday night. They allow you to book predesignated slots of four hours so I chose the 11-2 block. The guy I spoke to made sure I knew the consequences of underage drinking because we had 3 18-19 year olds with us. He made it sound like we couldn't drink inside which was okay with us because we tend to hangout by the bar anyway. When we got there our underagers got a wristband which allowed us to drink while they were in the room. The security and severs would check in to make sure they weren't drinking which was fine with me. They warned we could get fined $300. Songs are $1 apiece and you can purchase an auxiliary cord for $10. We sang for a few hours and then switched to our own music after awhile so we could dance and talk. The room was big and fit our party of 20+. Plus the room is free - score! I would recommend getting soju while you're here. They have some of the best flavors available like strawberry and li hing. Docked stars because service is slow and bartenders are in their own bubble. I had to go out of my way to get their attention. read more

If you love kpop and good food, I am certain you will enjoy yourself here. Kpop and sometimes jpop is always playing here. The girls are in sync with the hippest and newest music and are constantly downloading new videos. I forgot the name of the roll but it was hamachi over california roll. Very tasty as the hamachi portions were thickly sliced and generous. Hamachi lovers will savor this roll! I also ordered the lobster dynamite which features the dynamite in the tail section but also included the claw which has a healthy dose of lobster meat. Delicious indeed. The sushi chef mentioned they don't always have it so take advantage when they do and order it! My only gripe is that I wish they offered more than two types of cold sake--but they have high quality sake at that (Kikusui & Kubota Senjyu). Pandora Café Popped in after eating dinner with a few friends at Sikdorak. Pandora Café is located on Makaloa street. Right across Walgreens on Keeamoku. I'd say this place has potential to be a great sushi bar, though its another Korean Sushi bars, and I think there's a lot on them already. Someone think of another IDEA please! Well place is brightly lit with a full bar, sushi corner, and a few booths. It was decorated with urban graffiti art on the walls. Cute workers whom were very nice and serviced us well. Alcohol prices were normal and expensive. Nothing special about this place. Wasn't crowded at all and a nice place to just chill and have a drink. Would I go there again you asked? Based on its positive reviews, I decided to take my girlfriend here for some sushi and beer. For the record, I just moved to Honolulu from Fort Lee, NJ and Fort Lee is dominated by Koreans so I am no stranger to Korean culture and cuisine. I've also worked as a cook at a Korean bar/restaurant. Right when I walked into the bar I felt as if I'd walked into a party I wasn't invited to. My girlfriend and I got the "eye" like we were wanted outlaws in a saloon. I think I might've gotten a greeting from an employee but it wasn't memorable. Once we reached the bar it was a bit difficult to grab the attention of a bartender, mind you there were three people behind the bar. Eventually I was able to buy a couple beers but the service seemed a bit sluggish to serve us. There was no room at the bar and no employees offering to seat us so we drank our beers standing. I was nudged more than a few times by other patrons. Now I understand if there's little room to move but there was plenty of room. I assume the locals were trying to show their dominance to outsiders. Cute. I was out to have a nice night with my girl so we decided to leave since this place wasn't welcoming. But it was raining, so we decided to just stay for another beer. Luckily a friendly employee seated us. He was very generous and took our orders immediately. Beers were priced great so that was a big plus. Unfortunately the portions of the food looked nothing like the pictures up here on Yelp. I ordered the King Salmon and it looked a bit more like the Peon Salmon. Don't get me wrong, it was fresh and tasted great but it was so small compared to what I saw on Yelp! Overall, great prices but the pics on here are a bit misleading. Not what I thought I was paying for. And the locals really should ease up. One group near us were polite but there were two individuals standing next to each other and eyeballing me for a LONG time. I know they were talking about us. My girlfriend even admitted that someone said something sleazy to her. I kept my cool. I had to keep my guard up and that's not a good thing. Well well...If you walk into this place and think it's a "buy me drinky" bar, then you walk in the same way as me. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not. Definitely apart of the Koreamuku feel but the staff is accomodating and friendly. If you like sushi (i do not) they have a great sushi bar and really good specials. Sushi on the cheap that is still quality. The rest of the food is pretty good too. Basically what you'd find in any typical local bar. If you're a vegetarian/vegan; definitely not the place for you. I looked at the salad part of the menu and it listed fried rice and edamame. No dice for you herbivores. The drinks were decently priced. There's a full bar, lots of different kinds of soju. I just had beer, it was good. Parking could be a pain, the lot behind closes at 10pm, but you can park in the lot next to it late night when all the stores are close. My first review! Located in Koreamoku, I went there with friends on New Year's Eve 2011. Honestly, we weren't sure what to expect and despite reading the Yelp reviews before heading over, thought it may be a Buy me Drinky Korean bar. We were lucky enough to find street parking and went on in... Ambience: It was empty when we arrived at around 7 pm. The place was open and clean, with a number of booths, a half-bar to the left and a sushi bar against the far wall. The walls were decorated with local "urban art" and flat screen TVs playing the music videos for the K-pop that was looping over and over during our experience. It was a little loud, but I think that it would be a great fit for Hawaii's hip 20-30 somethings. We chose to sit at the bar. Food: I can't remember everything we ordered, but I know we had: hamachi kama, kimchee fried rice, kimchee pancake, some kind of steak and onions on a sizzling platter, and two kinds of sushi (cut rolls). Everything was delicious! Absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food. Portions were enough for the four of us to share (granted, we ordered a lot). They also were kind enough to give us some home-made kimchee, on the house. For those who are weak to spicy things, beware the spicy-tuna! Drink: They had various domestic and imported beers, and a half-bar of hards and mixers. The bartenders don't seem very experienced at mixing drinks, but apparently this is because most of their clientele order bottles of beer. Drink prices were average. If there are specific cocktails you fancy, if you tell the bartender what goes in it, they'll happily make it for you. Service: There were 4 women working that evening -- and judging by the way they dressed, they did seem like hostess bar types. However, I'm not sure if this is because they were dressed up for NYE, or if that was their normal get-up. Only two of the waitresses helped us and the others did not acknowledge us or greet us as we were leaving (since we were there before they arrived). I wasn't too keen on their lack of attention to us. One of them, at one point, sat down at the bar next to us to play megatouch. Again, no greeting. Not sure what was up with that. The boss, Tony (?) was there, though, and was extremely friendly and welcoming. He kept checking on us and was nice enough to make conversation. Overall: I would love to go again for the food. The service could definitely be improved. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny for what you get -- we dropped a few bills and each only had one drink. I went here for karaoke with a small group. We were able to get a reservation easily a day ahead. The song selection was okay, only English and some Hawaiian. It was disappointing that they only had one song book in the room and it was by title. The karaoke machine was easy to use, though. The food was okay, we got mandoo and a kimchee pancake. The food was expensive, but drinks were reasonable. Karaoke cost $1 per song, as opposed to renting the room, so it was very reasonably priced. read more

Sooo I had to minus a couple stars because for one the bathroom is sooo tiny. And two they always forget to give you back your change, if you're in a room however. And when my drink was $6 they only gave me back $13. Like ummm ok did you already keep a dollar?! After that I didn't order any other drinks and I didn't give them any more tip for that drink. But the food that my friends ordered did looked pretty good. They ordered the dukbokki, French fries, sashimi, and edamame. I like that kind of bar food (Korean bar food). And I also do like the fact that you can reserve a room mostly at any time, and they don't charge by the hour. You pay the karaoke machine for songs and whatever drinks and food you order. I just threw a birthday party for my friend Catherine here and we had a blast. I didn't realize that they added another room (room #7). This by far is the best because it seems bigger than the others plus there is a dart board in the room behind the couches. This karaoke place has good song choices compared to others I've been to. We went here as a last minute birthday bash for my son's 26th bday with his dad, his gf and 4 of his closest friends after having dinner, drinks and pool playing at Hawaiian Brian's. They took our reservation and my husband had to pay with a credit card over the phone for a private room with service. The place was very busy but we had a very big room with Air conditioned and comfy chairs. We had trouble with the mics at first but with the helpful staff it didn't take off any time from our singing. System is easy enough to control and although we could hear others singing in between our song choices all in all we had a great time. read more

I hate to admit it but I base a good deal of my dining options on what I read in Honolulu Magazine. I'm not really "in the know" anymore so for me, it's the best source of advice. Plus they've almost never been wrong. So recently, I read an article about late night dining options and one of the restaurants featured was Pandora Cafe. The article made the place seem like a Korean hostess bar except the girls didn't drink with you. It also said the waitresses wore short miniskirts and there was K-Pop videos blaring. When I told my girlfriend about the place, she said she had been there and the girls weren't dressed that sexy, but I just assumed she was being catty. So one day, we were trying to decide on a new place to try out and she suggested we go there. I was expecting a Korean version of Hooters. They were right about the K-Pop. The place definitely was not a hostess bar and the waitresses didn't wear miniskirts, but that wasn't a big deal. We had some we ordered the watermelon soju, tofu salad, fried chicken, some sushi, fries, and arabiki sausages. Unfortunately, they were out of watermelon soju that night and we were told they no longer served tofu salad as they were making changes to the menu. We wanted some kind of vegetable dish but there wasn't anything else. We ended up substituting the unavailable items with apple soju and fried tofu. We paid a little over $80 for everything (not including tip) which to us was kinda pricey. If you want comfort food, you could go to Home Bar & Grill and get much more. The food was okay - not bad but not "wow" either. The staff was nice and friendly in a casual kind of way. Plus they let my girlfriend borrow their iPhone charger, so I commend them for that. read more

First off, the cooked foods were pretty good! (Fried chicken, kimchee fried rice, toppoki were all the highlights for us). Sushi came in pretty small portions. Interesting happy hour items, from 5-8pm! Ambiance was not bad, friends enjoyed the Kpop videos that were playing all around us. The service is what really killed my experience. Our table of 8 was accompanied by a couple of people at the bar and maybe one other table of people. The food took FOREVER to come out. One of my friends ordered a sushi dish and a cooked entree and hers was the last to come out when other cooked entrees and sushi dishes came out. When we looked at their sushi chef, he didn't seem in a rush to be doing anything. The waitress did apologize with the excuse that their sushi chef was backed up.....from what? They apparently only have one chef and one sushi chef. The waiter and waitresses did come around to fill our waters, but towards the end of the night, both waitresses were sitting down with another table of customers. Didn't realize it was THAT kind of a restaurant. Total for a sushi deluxe, a beer, a couple glasses of wine and a kimchee fried rice came out to $70 include tip and tax. Our client wanted to throw a big end of project party for our workers so he carefully planned out and choose to celebrate here. It's hidden behind the new Walgreens on keeaumoku, right next to kickin cajun. There's street parking and a small parking lot behind the building. I don't actually know how much the parking is cuz the cafe agreed to help us out with parking since we were planning to have such a big group. We ended up having 40, maybe 50 people max. The restaurant was superrrrrr accommodating to our group. We took up practically all the tables and the back area near the darts. The waiters and waitresses were wonderful! They always asked if we wanted more drinks or food and were really friendly about everything! And they didn't seem stressed out or confused at all with all the people throwing orders at them. They have a wide variety of food from your typical finger foods to Korean to Japanese! I remember eating Korean squid, chicken karaage, lobster dynamite roll, crunchy shrimp roll, deep fried oysters, salt and pepper steak, kalbi and...... I think that's it!!!! Lol! Everything was cooked as you order. The difficult thing is that it takes a while to get to your table but sooo worth it cuz everything is hot and fresh when you get it! Prices are pretty average. I don't know if I'd come all the way from home just to go to this place but I would definitely stop by if I was already in town! Almost forgot to mention they have karaoke rooms in the back! The songs are $1 a song and the room we had was huge. Could probably fit 20 people who know each other well... 12-15 if you're not that familiar with everyone. Lol. Overall a fun place to hang on a Friday night and if you arrange with them ahead of time I'm sure they would love to accommodate any big groups or special occasions. We had a girls night out to start our Spring Break and wanted to go somewhere other than Cafe Gangnam or Duckbutt and was recommended to try this place so we reserved a room ahead of time. Disclaimer: Since this was my first time being here, I may need to edit my post in the future, so I will just comment about our overall experience last night. Dynamics: - We rented a room from 8:00-2am (6 hours, wow!!!) - No charge for room. You pay $1.00/song and pay for your food & drinks - Parking is in the back until 2am Fave Food: - Kim Chee Fried Rice (good enough to fit three people) - Dukbuki - Calamari (good for two people) - $20 Strawberry Melon Soju!! Suggestions: 1) In comparison to Cafe Gangnam and Duckbutt, this place could use a little interior design to be more appealing to customers. As far as its appearance, I would say that it is one level below Underdogs and Kings Place bar. 2) The book of Karaoke songs should also come in a list by Artists. We found that it was quite difficult to choose a song by searching through an endless amount of song titles. Best Quality: CUSTOMER SERVICE was hands down EXCELLENT - from the beginning of the night all the way through 2am in the morning. We were greeted by one of the girls who was taking her break outside. She noticed that we looked lost so she told us who to see when we got inside. She was very professional, very welcoming and very friendly compared to other hostesses in other bars - she had an overall great attitude. Room Service: It was surprisingly pleasant to see how they always came in to make sure we were okay and that our orders came in on time. I also have to commend our waiter, John, who had to put up with our very loud and obnoxious selves because we had one too many soju shots towards the later part of the night. I was also surprised that no matter how loud we got, they treated us with great professionalism and even had a bouncer stand outside our room to make sure strangers didn't interrupt our mini-club party (lol). Overall, my friends and I had a really great time here. We were supposed to go to the M but because we had a such a blast singing and dancing, we managed to stay until closing - which says a lot coming from us because we love having a good time. Although the interior is not as appealing and they ran out of the our favorite soju, the staff's customer service made a big difference in our night and I think that if they keep it up, this business will go a long way. I was in the mood for sushi, so my friend suggested Pandora. I trust his judgement since we've always had good luck with good food in the past. Since I have not heard of this place, I had to Yelp it. With everyone's reviews, I found this place with ease. I walked in not knowing what to expect thinking that it is a restaurant... um, not really..? My initial feeling I got was Korean hostest bar / restaurant. It wasn't tables, but booths. There is a full bar, and a mini sushi bar. My thing is "don't knock it till you try it." So we ordered the sashimi platter, the jalapeno hamachi, dynamite oysters, and two of the rolls. only the sashimi platter was picture worthy. The food tasted like what it looked like. It was ok, but not worth the prices it was listed at. Granted, they do have other food options, but I have no interest in trying them. Pandora will be a one and only time visit for me. read more

First off the staff is very kind and helpful. Each one of them had a positive attitude and served our drinks promptly. The price is $25 for a large room for 3 hours and $1 per song! Although I don't go to Korean Bars much, this one is different. There is no mama walking around. But there is mama-like dishes that are delicious!!!!! There is a korean style fried chicken that is soooo delicious. They have such an array of menu items to choose from that it's difficult to choose. The mandoo, which you can order steamed or fried was sooo good. When you first walk in it's a little surprising. It's very hip. Clean. Bright. Kpop playing. Girls are very nice and pleasant. There is parking available in the back. But if you blink you'll miss the side street that takes you to the back. They are located right across walgreens on makaloa. Not a place for families, this is a korean bar. There are mostly men in there with the occasional women who are with their other halves. read more

This review is mainly based on service as I didn't have much to eat or drink. Came here for my friends birthday and this is the first karaoke bar/lounge I've been to in over 10 years, I can't really remember my previous experiences so I can't compare to other karaoke bars. There were about 20 people in our room and we ordered many plates of food and rounds of soju. The staff seemed patient with us and continued to deliver the orders to our room. Our table was full. I had a sip of the honeydew soju which was good if you like sweet drinks! Towards the end of the night people started going up to the bar to grab drinks as they were getting a lot busier and couldn't come to our room to check on us as often. I brought a cake but forgot to bring candles or extra plates & they were kind enough to provide me with a candle & extra plates. Parking is free, you just need to get a pass from an employee & remember to grab a new pass every 2 hours as they expire. read more

Food is pretty good, but the waiters arent that great. We waited for our drinks for almost 15 mins, they also charge to use there Aux cord, and instead of the waiters helping us the bouncer helped us. So i dont think we'll be going there anytime soon. read more

Reserved for an English room for the 11-2 block. Our party arrived before 11, and we waited until 11:30 to receive our room. Despite the delay, we also got an international room. A majority of the songs were in Korean. Unacceptable. So we decided to cancel our reservation. Luckily, Jacob and Kiana were helpful and sympathetic when it came to accommodating our cancellation. But other than that, probably won't be coming back here for awhile. read more

Yelp 365: 045/365 Only being here a few times made me love this place for being a "hole-in-the-wall". I am so happy that this place is somewhere I can go after work, school, or just to relax after living a day full of stress. That being said, I'll tell you the specs of what makes this place so enjoyable. The food: I am only rating the sushi here since I never tried anything out of their kitchen yet. The sushi chef is a great guy and easy to talk to. His sushi is great! Standard sushi prices for nigiri, but the sushi items are of value. The amount of fish you get on top of your nigiri sushi or for your rolls make it worth your money. They also have Korean food from the kitchen which I have never tried yet, but I give the sushi here five stars. Best salmon I have ever had! The beer is standard price: $3 for domestic, $5 for foreign, and $10 for a big bottle of Kirin and another beer whose name I can not remember; sorry yelpers... The service: The service here is very friendly. The three plus waitresses running around make sure your order comes as speedily as possible. Very courteous with a warm smile, with these qualities, what more could you ask? Open from five to two, this place has become my new go-to spot for late night sushi; replacing Evergreens where I have gone to for many a year. Once again yelpers, do not let this jewel disappear.
