The foie gras was disgustingly overcooked and tasted of nothing. Same goes for my "medium rare" steak without a shade of red in it. There was an olive under my shoe, stains on the knives and forks - overall a sloppy performance from a place that gives you a bill of 1200 kr, the price of a 1-course dinner for two. Go to Fusion and get better meat and a bottle of champagne for the same price. A Hereford Beefstouw used to be the very best in the city, but it seems time is wearing it out.

The waitress was very helpful, and recommended the "Favorite Sauce" to go with it, as well as a nice red wine. I tend to try to see what waiters write when they take the order, and I saw she got it right. The food was served by a different waiter, so he really messed up with the order. He ran around like a headless chicken. Almost half of our party had gotten the wrong potatoes, all just got fries. After asking why we got fries, the waiter told they where out of the Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes, and just got us fries instead. When I get an order for something we are out of, I tell the waiter to get back to the customer with an apology, and asking for what they prefer instead of the dish they ordered, so this I told the guy. The kitchen also had messed up the order. Instead of the Australian Strip, I got a well done Entrecôte, and this I told said headless chicken. He ran off with it, together with the plate of another person in the party. She had to get up and run after him to get her food. Also another had gotten her steak overcooked, but then the first waiter came back again, and she went to sort it out. During this debacle, the head of the waiters also came and tried to sort things out. I have to mention, she was pregnant, and maybe you think thats really unsensitive to mention in a review, but when you come to the shocking part, you will understand why I wrote this. The other one and I sat and waited for our food, and when the other ones in our party had finished their, we finally got food on our plates. The other got her order right, but mine was botched again. The steak was cooked perfectly, but it was not the Australian Strip I ordered. It was another Entrecôte. I commented this when I got it served, but insisted on eating it instead of returning it and wait for another half hour or something like that, and eating all by myself. I did tell them that I would not pay the price for the Aussie Strip, but as fair would be, pay for the Entrecôte instead. Sounds bad? Well, now we get to the shocking part of the whole experience. The waitress had really red and watery eyes, it was easy to see she had just been crying. Her makeup showed the tale as well. I asked her if everything was all right, and she kindof nodded and said it was, but I could sense there was something wrong. I told I wanted to pay for the food received and not ordered, so the head waitress came out, the pregnant one. Now she had a bruiced eye. And it was also easy to see she was really upset. I told her that I saw the waitress putting in the correct order in her PDA when she welcomed us and took our order, so she was not to blame for the whole f*ckup, so she was absolutely not to blame. She altered the order then, so I would get the correct bill when done with my meal. After eating, I went to the headless chicken, and told him I wanted to pay our bill, but on the way I passed the sweet waitress that took our order, asked her if she was ok, and when she smiled, I thanked her for her great service and gave her a tip for her personally, and not for the shared tip jar. Now back to the headless chicken. I told him I would not pay a tip, I would just pay for the dinner itself, and not a penny more, because they made such a clusterf*ck. We are never ever going back to Jensens, not in Skagen, or anywhere else.

When I called over the phone by the official number on their web site to make a complain and asked for the customer care manager, guess what the girl on the line said: there is no manager is going to talk to you. Not recommended, do not spend ur money and time. here is the story: Awful Attitude to the Customers--- With my wife we made an order and didnt order a drink. Waitresses (Mia and Christina) showed their dissatisfaction on this and start bugging us, and tried to sell us some drinks. I had my own water with me that was closed and was on the table. Mia came and start conversation that i can not have water on the table, even i am not using it. and when i have asked to give me a tap water, she refused it. When I have asked for the manager the waitress Mia and Christina replied that they are the managers. when i called to the official phone number +45 7030-4050 ans asked for the customer care manager to file a complain, the girl on the line said that no manager is going to talk to u. I have recorded our conversation on my phone to send it to the company as a proof. But they have called police and shakily being afraid that i will send that video to managers. I have told them that I am recording to send it as a prof to ur managers. We have wait until police came, and left our orders. We have talked to police and only concern that police has it was that I need to delete the video from ny phone because of the rules of taking a video in private place. So I have removed the video from my phone. Completely dissatisfied, never ever will go there and will never recommend it to any one. In all reviews as i read in many reviews that waitresses pretended as managers and no help regarding customer service.
