What a gem! We agree with the previous reviews. Absolutely fantastic! We have been coming to AMI for 13 years and this meal and experience was in the top 2. Mauricio and wife, Luciana, were delightful hosts. The food was deliciously fresh and made with love. We had the special which was homemade spaghetti served with mild Italian sausage sautéed with prosciutto, white wine and a touch of cream. We also sampled the lasagna and will def come back for more homemade lasagna and tiramisu! Special thank you to Damaris for running after our car to return my sister's cell phone. A friend brought us to this restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional. We were greeted with a house made limoncello spritz and charcuterie board. The presentation of everything served was beautiful and intricate. The environment and extremely friendly and hospitable service made for a personal and memorable dinner for our friend group. I wish I had taken a photo of our main courses of bolognese lasagna and the pasta special of smoked salmon in a vodka creama sauce, delicious! Mauricio was very friendly and welcoming. He was quick to tell us the evening special. He divided the two entries we order on three plates. He added a portion of the special for us to taste. What a meal!! My husband and I and another couple (friends we hadn't seen in awhile) went for dinner last night. The restaurant is tucked away on Bridge Street so it's easy to miss. The food was incredible right from the start. Marittizo (not sure of the spelling) greeted us with bruschetta (great) and a little antipasto (fabulous). We had wine and for dinner we had a combo, which was a three dish sampler. It was amazing. Gnocchi bolognese, squid ink spaghetti with seafood and the lasagna.
