Stephanie, Ryan and Eric just left my home, and I am pleased with their work and relieved that all went so smoothly. I'm an artist and editor among other things, and I admit I am also a perfectionist especially when it comes to my home and work environment. Stephanie and Ryan remained courteous, concerned and responsive during the entire project. Stephanie did a walk-through with me after the first go-around to check all the windows. When specks, spots or smudges were found, they were immediately taken care of without any resistance. Ryan explained to me why some of the windows still appeared dirty due to separation of 2 panes of glass, mineral build-up or, in one case, a rock chip. Then, I could understand why not all of the windows were perfectly clear. Nevertheless, they did their very best, and I am very happy with the result! Thanks to a great team. I will definitely invite them back when I need my windows cleaned again. read more

Extremely impressed overall with these guys! From the minute I submitted an estimate request, the next day someone stopped by our house and left a quote. How quick and simple! We had them come out to clean or windows right after we bought our home. Our windows are not the highest quality and have some flaws...which is not PNTG's fault at all, but we were AMAZED at how much clearer they are. Turned out that Jeff, the serviceman who took care of us, is the local manager...such a bright, fun, and caring individual. The owner of this company must be proud to have Jeff running his crew and representing the company so well. The price was reasonable and like I said, service was great! Outstanding work at a reasonable price--I'll definitely use them again and again! Friendly and professional, cleaned inside and outside windows, even the really high window (35' off the ground), so clean it looks like there isn't a window. They were able to get hard water marks off of the lower window that I've never been able to get off myself. Nicely done! read more

My name is Andrew Guderian. In 2003 while in college I started working for a window cleaning company in Minneapolis. In 2005 I transferred to MSU and started knocking on doors in hopes of using the window cleaning experience I had gained in Minneapolis to pay for school. Since then Pane'N The Glass has grown in to Bozeman's largest window cleaning business. We wash windows on hundreds of homes in the Gallatin Valley, Big Sky, and Ennis. We also provide window cleaning services for local businesses such as Baja Fresh, Starky's, City Brew and Starbucks to name a few. What was once a part time endeavor for a college student has now grown into a full time business with employees. Our success has been simple. We provide a great service for a fair price and don't consider the job complete until the customer is 100% satisfied. With a small amount of advertising and a lot of referrals from happy customers we have continued to grow. Its simple, happy customers = growing business.

When I originally scheduled, I was under the impression I would be getting a thorough clean of my windows, including the tracks and screens. Mike knew this was a post construction job, so it needed a more thorough clean up. Upon arrival, Mike told me they for sure will do the screens, but did not have time to do the tracks and to let him know that I wanted that next time. I thought I had made that clear when scheduling a post construction clean up. Anyway, he assured me the screens would be cleaned, but after he had left, I was disappointed to find the screens had been put back full of dust and dirt. When I contacted Mike about this, all he had to say was he would try harder next time. He didn't even apologize or offer to make it right. This was an expensive service to have done, to have to go back and do part of the job myself. Mike still has not offered to do anything to make right.
