Stephanie, Ryan and Eric just left my home, and I am pleased with their work and relieved that all went so smoothly. I'm an artist and editor among other things, and I admit I am also a perfectionist especially when it comes to my home and work environment. Stephanie and Ryan remained courteous, concerned and responsive during the entire project. Stephanie did a walk-through with me after the first go-around to check all the windows. When specks, spots or smudges were found, they were immediately taken care of without any resistance. Ryan explained to me why some of the windows still appeared dirty due to separation of 2 panes of glass, mineral build-up or, in one case, a rock chip. Then, I could understand why not all of the windows were perfectly clear. Nevertheless, they did their very best, and I am very happy with the result! Thanks to a great team. We had them come out to clean or windows right after we bought our home. Our windows are not the highest quality and have some flaws...which is not PNTG's fault at all, but we were AMAZED at how much clearer they are. Turned out that Jeff, the serviceman who took care of us, is the local manager...such a bright, fun, and caring individual. Outstanding work at a reasonable price--I'll definitely use them again and again!
