I had a light dinner here. It was amazingly good. I enjoyed my lemonade to my soup , the noodles were bomb. Even the chips were delicious as I sit here writing the review. The tables were clean and the drink station was also well kept. The negative side would be the bathroom. Hadn't been cleaned I'm hoping that was the lunch crowd mess otherwise cleanly shows laziness . The gurl behind the counter was alright , she acted as if she didn't need to be there , as if the world owes her something, poor thing . I'm sure karma will be knocking soon. read more

This location is the worst. I have ordered Hot Chai Tea over the years from several locations but the last two times I ordered it here I only received a half to 2/3 cup full of what I ordered. Also when I order I get the medium 16oz which per the prices on the board should be $2.09 (small is 1.79 and large $2.39) but they charged me $3.89. My advice is to skip this location if you want good service read more

I was just there this morning and the pastries were covered in flies! I said something to the manager and he said he was trying to figure out what to do! Throw them away obviously! He said he was going to, but another customer walked out to the parking lot and said he was serving them to new customers! Called corporate to report and an hour later the manager was still saying he was getting ready to throw them away! read more

I love this location. Read a bunch of bad reviews and don't understand why. Probably eaten there 15 times and never had a bad meal.

Everyone is short staffed right now, so with a little bit of understanding, this place is really great! If you're nice to the employees, then they are super nice back. Service can be slow sometimes due to short staffing, and when I see that change I will adjust my review accordingly, but the food is as good as any other Panera one can go to, and the staff they have managed to obtain are all super nice and personable. Any issues that could be taken with this place could come from issues greater than any individual that works here, I would recommend this place if you have a good attitude and are not in a big rush. read more

This location has gone WAY downhill. The person I presume was the manager (a black-haired guy who was wearing a striped polo and "designer" jeans) doesn't belong in any customer-facing position. He did absolutely nothing to help out behind the counter except 1) get a bagel for himself, 2) drop one of the 2 remaining TOTAL bagels they had left after a large order, and 3) complain about customers, who was currently working, and who closed the previous night. As an example, while he was dropping the bagel (which I never saw him pick up off the floor,) he stated he didn't like the ringtone of the phone. It reminded him of his ex. And oh, she should know that since she was standing there working. Very unprofessional, and if he wasn't a manager, he should have been relieved of his shift right on the spot by a manager. The lady who helped me was very nice, although I could tell she was just as annoyed by this manager/employee. This location used to be a well-run store. I'll be going elsewhere unless they can get this fixed. read more

Ugg, really don't like to provide bad reviews. Went to Apharetta store to get soup and bread, pretty basic. We were presented with this comment before ordering: "we don't have ANY bread of any kind, so know bread bowl soups, No Sandwiches. They had 9 employees working, well talking and joking, and really concerned that their employer may not be able to sustain their business therefore leaving them without a job. All management was absent. We ordered soup, which took 14 mins and we and one other party where waiting. Remember 9 employees..... soup.... That's it. Two employees had personal head sets in not paying attention to their jobs. Panera I was also on one of your stores on Seal Beach CA, about 9 months ago. Same relative issue as Apharetta store. Those stores were very dirty and as I looked around the Alpharetta store most of the tables had not been cleared. Remember nine employees... If this continues it's only a matter of time that Panera bread will be out of business. Sad to say because we really did enjoy their food. No more visits from our family. read more

Panera was my go-to salad lunch place when I wanted something healthy and fast. Yesterday, I visited with my sister and mom. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad, which they take on and off the menu every few months. This time it was on the menu and I ordered it! The salad came out and looked great except the long brown hair tangled in the nuts on top! I saw it immediately and brought it back to the food counter. I watched them toss it into the trash and make me a new one. Thank you Panera for fixing my salad so quickly. But why was the hair there in the first place? read more

I really like food from Panera but at this specific location, I swear if you get a to go order you get half the food. I ordered a Cesar salad and the bowl is only halfway filled. For $9 I should get a little more salad than this. It looks pitiful. Went here for lunch yesterday. I am trying to eat better during lunch, and choose to have a salad from here. First things first, this place is like grand central station everyday from 11-2. If I come here I have to always give myself extra time. I ordered the Strawberry Poppy seed salad because it had good nutrition stats, and looked tasty. I also got a hibiscus large tea which I always love when I come here. I good my salad to-go, and when I opened the box I was disappointed. The fruit that comes on this salad looked great, but the salad itself was watery and loosing colors. I am a snob when it comes to salad. when I go to the grocery store I will stand there, and look at every package until I find one that meets my standard. This is my go to spot when I'm hungry and don't know what I want. Panera's food is fresh and flavorful and always satisfies. I love their tuna salad on asiago cheese (demi cut). In fact, it's pretty much the only thing I get, although when I have stepped outside of the box the other choices are always good too. Their soups are also very good. If you get the tomato ask for asiago cheese to go on top, it's the perfect compliment! read more

I used to really love Panera but my past two experiences have been awful. I like ther Frontera Chicken. Tonight it was the incorrect bread bottom. The bread on the bottom was soggy like very wet. The bread on the top was burnt and the inside was just thrown together not to mention this location's soup in on rotation. No sign around indicating that either. I'm sick of my food look and being put together sloppy. I want to ask the cooks... now would you eat that. At the Aphareetta location my cheese wasnt even melted on the sandwich. Don't order curbside here, the parking lot is insane and theres only 2 numbered spots for curbside that were parked in by ppl not in their cars. Idk how they would even find my car with the flashers on anyways....waited 25 mins and finally walked inside to ask someone about my food but before I could I saw it sitting in the pick up window. Normally I love Panera, but when I went into this one I was disappointed. As I ordered my food the manager who just happened to be taking my son and I's order told us three different times that they were out of something. No wheat, asiago, or any other type of bread than white for that matter. I was always a big fan of Panera Bread until the one in Paramus proved otherwise. I have not gone back in years until recently in Atlanta. This place is packed with customers during lunch and their menu with calorie counter is awesome. Their staff is very friendly and the manager keeps on top of things to ensure that you are getting the best customer service. There's plenty of outside seating but grab them quickly since people are enjoying this nice weather. I normally do half sandwich and salad (e.g. asian chicken salad and italian sub). Panera's food is always standard wherever and whenever I go. This location is unlike any other, providing all the favorites. I enjoyed the seating against the window while I worked for an hour and enjoyed the everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. This item was tasty and I was very satisfied. I refrained from giving a 5 star review because there was no hazelnut coffee when I first went to fill my cup. I notified the girl at the register and she went to ask someone. 15 minutes later, still no coffee. I understood that it was not her priority, so I politely asked another employee who was preparing orders. Another 15 minutes pass and still no sign of the coffee. By now my bagel had gone cold so I was getting annoyed, but stuck it through and finally got my coffee (which was delicious, but not as delicious as it would have been if it was available 30 minutes earlier). read more

There's been a good like 2 months where I came here religiously for at least 3 days a week on the days I didn't cook lunch for myself for work. And it is consistently a friendly experience, and what I get is always fresh and the soup is warm and the supervisor always seems to be around helping the flow of people and not just ordering people from behind the counter. The tables are also always spotless since they are cleaned by a someone after every person leaves and the bathrooms smell good and are sanitary and clean.
