We all know Panera. Just like many restaurants, there are good ones, great ones, and normal places. This location usually gets it right. It can get busy at meal times so beware. But whatever you fave from Panera they will get it right for you. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating too!

This location is okay. Not as bad as the reviews make it seem. Bread isn't very fresh, it often tastes a little stale. However, overall food qualitynis decent. Service is good, staff are quick and always try their best to fix mistakes. They have a quiet study room with lots of outlets to charge your computer. Its a decent place to study and grab a bite.

I always like coming to Panera, especially when I'm in the mood for a big salad and the Chicken Fuji Apple salad is my favorite. I wish Panera would keep it on their menu all the time instead of having it as a seasonal item. My daughter had the 1/2 Tuna sandwich with a 1/2 bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup. We think they must whip the tuna instead of mixing it, because it's always light and fluffy. It's also a favorite of ours. My granddaughter had the Mac and Cheese and a Strawberry Yogurt. I'm sure if she was old enough to speak, she'd would say it was delicious. She ate 1/2 the bowl quick. Paneras in Clermont is always crowded, but the restaurant is always clean, the service was fast and the staff is friendly.

The perfect place to work outside of the office. I like to grab a booth, yummy parfait and a hot hazelnut coffee to get some work completed. Staff is always friendly and keeps the place nice and clean.

Steak & Cheese full sub order

This is what Panera charged $13.19 for a whole Steak and cheese sub sandwich on Mother's Day. Either they are just plain crooks or the employees are not well educated in reading orders and making sandwiches.

I have no idea why we keep ordering from this place. I'm posting what they sent today. The manager offered to remake the sandwiches but we had to drive to the restaurant to pick them up. But I asked for a refund, which she told me could take up to 10 days. I'm done with this place. I hope Panera corporate closes it down. If it could get a zero star that's what they would get.

Panera Bread - Clermont, FL Awful service from the female cashier at the cash register on 8-25-2023. I spoke with a team lead which was very nice & he took my order. I did a survey and complained on the rude cashier and the Assistant Manager Codey Whitehead emailed me and promised me a $10 voucher which I have not received by mail nor email yet. I emailed him back and no reply! Horrible service from Panera Bread - Clermont, FL!

The ambience in the restaurant is really nice; we were greeted promptly and chose seats at the bar. The bartender and an assistant helped in the evening, and they were attentive to keep drinks filled and food orders moving. During dinner, the chef actually delivered our food and followed up seeking feedback, which really impressed us. He was unobtrusive, friendly and genuine. The drink specials are great, so take a look at them to be sure you know what is available. Sangrias were in special the night we visited, and it was a great choice. We tried the spicy ceviche with shrimp and tostados as an appetizer, and that's was absolutely delicious. Spicy but not uncomfortably; it was perfectly balanced. Our main dishes were the Saltado, my husband got beef and I got the chicken. Both were so good! Plentiful portions over (unexpectedly!) fried, and all of it awesome. We really enjoyed our dinner!

I really appreciated their attention to detail in checking in and providing suggestions along the way. They said the wings are the best seller, and wow, these were good. Great flavor, crunch, and size. Better than I dare say, Domu. The okay: honestly, the ramen. I ordered the birria. It was off from another birria ramen that I had at Morimoto's once. The beef was a little tough. I found the broth had some spices that didn't feel like birria to me. My husband said the pork in his ramen was flavorless. I think this is a place I'd suggest and may come back, but maybe try a different ramen.

The sauces lacked depth--especially the mayo, which overpowered dishes instead of complementing them--and there was a noticeable absence of salt across the board. Even the ramen fell flat in terms of flavor. If you're someone who eats ramen regularly, you'll immediately notice what's missing. The birria was especially disappointing. It had an overpowering smoky aroma and flavor but none of the rich, savory depth you expect from real birria. It smelled strong but tasted hollow. The fried vegetables were very fresh, which I appreciated, but they were simply battered and fried with no seasoning, so the freshness didn't translate into flavor. The takoyaki (octopus balls) were mostly batter and breading, with only a tiny piece of octopus inside--definitely not what they should be. On the positive side, the eating area was very clean, and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. That said, being charged extra for a refill served in a small cup felt unnecessary and off-putting. This place may appeal to someone who doesn't eat ramen often or is looking for something "different," but for anyone familiar with well-seasoned ramen, birria, or Japanese street food, the lack of flavor is hard to overlook.

The menu had some interesting sandwich and burger options at pretty decent price points. My husband ordered a burger and enjoyed it. Our waitress mentioned it was supposed to be melted, but since I'm not one to play roulette with sending food back, I just went ahead and ate it. Even with that surprise, the flavors were still good and I left satisfied. The venue itself is large and nicely themed, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. Restaurant was not overly busy and had plenty of staff to accommodate the small amount of guests. Waited almost an hour for our food with no apology from management. When our burgers were delivered our server claimed the kitchen made our burgers incorrectly- she either forgot to put it in or it had been sitting for quite sometime. Top burger bun was luke warm. Fries (that were an additional cost) were burnt. For the $17 price one would expect more than a thin slice of bacon for a burger with bacon in the name. "Enjoyed" the meal without anything to drink as I was never offered a refill of water.

If I was eating this sandwich by myself, I would've asked for bacon on the sandwich, which definitely would have made it a top shelf turkey sandwich in my opinion. Being an Italian deli, the majority of the sandwiches do use pork of one kind or another where they looked and sounded quite tasty with a number of house specialties on the menu.
