This panera is pretty close to my house. One thing I really like is that they have a drive thru. Some locations do not have a drive thru. However, the 2 most recent times I hsed the drive thru the wait took forever for my food. The food was very fresh though. Going inside takes a lot of time but can be useful if you want to have a meeting or work on homework. This location is the quietest one I have been to. There is barely anyone inside. For some reason the ipads you order on are always broken though. I definitely suggest this location for homework or meetings because it is usuallt clean and quiet when I come in. There are always open seats as well. It makes me wonder if its just a weird location for panera. Overall, I don't mind this location and havent had any issues with my orders in the past year. read more

Worst Panera ever. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive through to pick up an online order at 8:30 am is not acceptable. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with Panera. I very much enjoyed this restaurant chain growing up, especially for their soups and salads. The sandwiches on the other hand are a bit of a mixed bag because I find that they're not the most satisfying, especially their grilled cheese. However I came on this particular morning and ordered an egg white with avocado sandwich which is usually on a multigrain bagel. I asked the employee to please substitute the bagel with sourdough bread which she kindly accommodated. I have to tell you I'm very underwhelmed by the portion size considering that I spent $6.99 (I added $1 for the tip). This has become a common thing with Panera where they overcharge and give very little food. I would have consumed the entire thing in three bites but the ingredients kept falling apart. Maybe I should have got it with the bagel but I really doubt the portions would have been any better. At the very least I can say that it tasted delicious and the inside of the place is very nice as they usually are, but this is all too common in my previous experiences. read more

Disappointed with this Panera.Panera has always-for years and years, had great quality and consistent quality meals whether we ate inside or just got a carry out. However, this Panera has been out of menu items on multiple occasions. It also hasn't been open in the middle of the day a time or two. And lastly, my drive thru order this past weekend, was missing the chicken on a salad that comes with chicken, and I requested an extra dressing at the window, when I got home with the order, besides the chicken missing, the extra dressing was missing, too. I'd driven to 23 Mile location on other occasions, even tho it's out of my way-to avoid this store, and now my husband says he's not going to this Hall Rd/I94 Panera location anymore. I made a delivery order on 8/31/2021. After receiving our order, I noticed that I was missing an item. At the time, I was furious because for some odd reason, there is always 1 item missing anytime I make a big order. And it is always something I order for one of my employee's that is always missing. Although my employee said that it was fine, to me, it wasn't. I called and spoke to someone and they asked if I wanted a credit for my next order or if I would like the missing item delivered which was just a small Mac n cheese. Not only did they deliver the Mac n Cheese, they delivered a larger portion along with cookies, scones, a bag of chips & bread. To top it off, the manager hand delivered them to us. Twice I have come here and watched the employees who make the food keep their gloves on and either use their phone, go to bathroom, take money from register and then go back to making the food. This was the first time ever coming to any Panera! (I sometimes call it Pandora lol :') I've lived next to multiple but never went cause didn't seem like it was my cup of tea (funny since they serve that here) I finally decided to try it when one of my coworkers decided to go here for lunch. They cashier was sweet and cute; I ordered the Mediterranean warm grain bowl and customized it by taking off the Greek yogurt and feta plus a drink. I didn't take my wallet cause my coworker drove us but they do have Apple Pay; it took a long time for me to pay for my order and we only have an hour for lunch and it takes 10 minutes each way back to work (not including traffic) plus we still have to wait on our food and eat it too. She had to ask her manger for help and he wasn't much of it! He was kinda making it seem like I didn't have money by telling me that one tap should've went through! We ended up moving to a different cash register and it worked plus the cashier gave me my drink for free. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is cause of her and the yummy food! To be honest, coming here was a complete waste of time and money, and the service was horrendous. We pulled up to the window and ordered the green passion smoothie and a large iced coffee with a couple pumps of vanilla syrup and cream. We were notified that there would be a $0.69 upcharge for the syrup, okay that's fine. Order total was around $9, When our drinks are given to us, the iced coffee was 100% black with NO cream or syrup in it whatsoever (we were still up charged for it) and when we asked for it to be put in all that they could do for us was hand us a couple of half n halfs. Complete waste of time and money. If I wanted black iced coffee I could've made a pot myself and poured it over ice at home for free, so that was a complete scam Do not go here!!!! I am a panera bread diehard! I go a location a few times a month and order Mac &Cheese / chicken Caesar... VERY BASIC - normally it is a non event.. The two times I have been to this specific location has been a lack-luster experience. The building is brand new and I hope they eventually work out the kinks. The inside is immaculate and clean. That being said...The first time I sat waiting for my online order for 20 minutes until someone realized they needed to make my meal. Not one time have I been to this restaurant and Been satisfied. The first time we came when the first opened they took our order had us pay and all , not until 17 minutes after we paid and were waiting for our food did they tell us they didn't have chicken noodle soup or bread bowls and when we asked about the broccoli cheddar soup we ordered we heard them through the window asking where any broccoli cheddar soup was and finally came out front to tell us they didn't have that either. So we got a bagel and asked for a refund and she only gave us a partial refund ? Ok. Months later we come back they don't have bread bowl, no bagels and I was told NO I can't have a cookie as a side instead of an apple or chips because they were out of baguettes. I have been to this location multiple times and at different times of day and they are consistently out of product. I went there once and they were out of more than half of their bagels. I mean isn't this why they specialize in? I went there on the Friday after Thanksgiving at 7:30 AM and they were already out of the soufflé I wanted. Their excuse was that they get a lot of big school orders, well school was closed that day. We have lunch at Panera quite frequently. The other day I ordered a mocha cold brew through the drive thru. Whoever made it COVERED the inside of the cup in chocolate. It's already sweet! Just follow the recipe that Panera has, that is why I order it. Then I order door dash and my dasher forgets my coffee, not a single person made sure I received it after 40$ of food is ordered. There website on Apple Maps and google maps says that there open till 10:00pm but there store is only open till 3 and I just wasted a quarter of a tank of gas to get my Panera and guess what there in competent butts can't update there website so that there costumers can actually enjoy a good soup after a long day of work.
