Rule to Self: I won't leave a negative review until a place has "3 strikes" for me. Unfortunately, Jonestown Rd Panera has just that! I would say nine out of 10 trips to Panera bread resulted in me not receiving all of the food I ordered and paid for. It's not like I'm ordering a bunch of specialty items or extras; I'm simply ordering the regular menu items, and, often times, the chicken is forgotten on my salad, there are no drinks in the bag, or no $0.99 pastry. I also think that you never get your money's worth with Panera Bread if you order To-Go. I am not sure why, but the portion sizes seem so much larger when you dine-in at the restaurant. This was definitely the case today (see attached photo). Apparently, a half-salad is no longer the portion served in the half-size salad box. . .nope!! It's now HALF of the half-size salad box so expect a QUARTER salad when you order the half-salad for a You Pick 2 combo!!! ‍ I gave two stars instead of one because the drive through stuff is usually quick, prompt, and very friendly. this is only for their breakfast sandwiches. got an egg and bacon bagel sammy and swear they must have tripped and lost some of the bacon when making my sammy. there was ONE tiny piece of bacon broke in half on the darn thing. the other sandwich was a steak and egg and same thing, hardly any meat and some weird cheese (asiago maybe).. the bagels were decent but not worth the price. mcdonalds is much better. read more

I had rapid pick up for a kitchensink cookie, but they didn't have it ready, it was in the oven, so I said I would wait, the manager apologized and offered me a smoothie, she was very nice. So I waited for my cookie, it was so worth it. It was warm, it had a lot of chocolate chips. read more

This is one of the slowest places you will ever go. Bring something to pass your time while you wait 30 mins in the drive thru. You can not leave the drive thru either because of curbs. We got to the menu board to be told that our sandwiches would take a very long time to make and we would have to wait awhile. read more

My order was correct and prepared quick but no thank u

Ordered my food at 1230p, app stated that the food would arrived between 104p-114p. When I checked the app at 130p there was still no moment on my order, tried calling multiple times but unable to LVM or connect with someone, the phone just kept hanging up. Around 224p I received a text that the order was on its way, the order finally arrived at 238p. When the order arrived the delivery man gave me coupons for my next visit, as if I would ever want to return to that same Panera. He stated that they thought a driver picked it up about an hour and a half ago but that driver ended up just driving around, he stated I should have gotten a call about this but this never happened. Such a waste of $20 for food to show up cold and 2 hours later than it was supposed to. read more

Usually only go through the drive through at this location but it is always timely and always have my order right.. The inside when I have been is seems to be a different layout than many other locations.. Waiting on my delivery order for 40 minutes now and I live right down the street from this location. I order from them often and there's usually not a problem. It's now 3:16 which is not an hour that it usually would get busy in there. I called and asked to speak to a manager, I asked about my order and she gave me no respect, and did not even allow me to finish what I was trying to explain. Very disappointed and speechless about the behavior I received. I hope this does not happen again to me or anyone else. read more

Worst.Panera.Ever. Not only were they completely out of soup, no really they didn't have ANY soup, they didn't have any baguettes, no bread except pumpernickel and said they were also "out of" grilled cheeses. So i order a bacon turkey bravo sandwich. It was via the drive thru. When I got home, I realized that my bread was stale, so much so that I initially thought it had been toasted, nope just really old and hard, the tomatoes looked water logged like they had been sitting in the bottom of a bowl of water for at least a week, and they only put one piece of thinly sliced lunchmeat style turkey on my entire sandwich, and tried to conceal this with a mass amount of lettuce, but the kind that is on the outside of the bunch and gross. Never again. The worst ever. If this was my first experience at a Panera i would never patronize any establishment representing this brand again. read more

This is my usual location for coffee in which I have zero complaints to speak of. Unfortunately, I decided to order a Greek salad before work, I was extremely disappionted. The salad mix was wilted, almost seemed like it was pre-made, the onions tasted sugary (almost like they were soaked in sugar water), and I am pretty sure greek salad requires more than a teaspoon of feta cheese. Therefore, in my personal opinion this salad was not worth 9$, especially if it is not fresh. Now I opted out for the side of bread, and instead got an apple with a giant brown hole on the side. This review is just a mere suggestion, that if they are going to be selling salads, please at least make them fresh, and make it worth the money. From now on, I will be sticking to my occasional coffee fix. read more

This place offers amazing Food. The service is a little slow, but other than that I enjoy getting my FRESH Bagel and green tea at least once per week. read more
