i get up early in the morning so i can actually enjoy my breakfast and study without rushing into the start of my day. Well, Panera Bread is the answer to my breakfast when i dont eat at home, especially this one. I just love a nice bowl of soup in the cold mornings and this Panera Bread is the only panera within a 20 minute radius of my home that i have been to that actually serves soup early in the morning around 7:30am. Usually other panera breads would not have the soup ready and im forced to get something off there breakfast menu in which i end up not enjoying as much. I have been to my fair share of panera's and usually they dont serve soup until 9 or 11 am and the employees are like zombies in the morning, which is understandable, but here I was greeted with a loud welcoming greeting, one in which i enjoyed. read more

Pumpkin spice latte is good. Whipped cream makes it too sweet. Kids love mac n cheese, always served hot. Great customer service.

This Panera location is not bad. They have what they always have, and the staff here tries their hardest to be friendly. I give it only a 4 star though because last time I came here my food came out a little soggy. I would appreciate if they would work on that for next time, and I'd amend it to 5 stars. I have been to probably five different Panera Breads and I would say I like this location the most. It's a great place for a one-on-one business meeting and/or to meet with a group of people. It's also a great place in general to get some really good food at a very reasonable price. I have never had any problems with rude employees and they are usually pretty fast. It could get busy at times but it never seems to pack out like some of them can be and you have a hard time finding a seat. read more

Unfortunately I have seen this location decline over the years. Sunday evening I walked in the door at 8:01pm, waited in line just to be told when I got to the register after they took the persons order in front of me, they were closed and wouldn't be serving me. They don't close until 9 not sure what was going on but they should have locked the door if they were closing "early". And the cashier also was rude!! So Tuesday evening I went back. Mistake. Cashier was friendly. Sold out of most baked goods. Weird because they're a bread company... anyway I ordered 3 large salads. While waiting for my food, there was what appeared to be a manager leaned over the serving counter laying his armpits where food trays and bags sit awaiting customer pickup. Gross! Also I noticed the man preparing my food pulled his cell phone out 3 times to check it. His gloves were contaminated when he started playing on his phone. The 2 young men preparing food were extremely rude, moving in slow motion and made offensive comments as they took their time getting my order together. The manager walked away and allowed this childish behavior to go on. When I got home I attempted to eat my bread, which was so hard I cut the roof of my mouth! Stale and hard as a rock. I never complained or said a word... why bother clearly this is typical. It was so unprofessional, I was embarrassed for them. I won't go back as I have given this place MANY tries. read more

I come to this one sometimes for breakfast or lunch. Normally I go through the register. Today I decided to order via the Kiosk and I spent more time waiting for a simple order than I would have simply paying at the register. The tech may be great but ordering via technology could improve upon its customer service. read more

I'm a big fan of Panera but this location does not compare with any other location I have been to. Bad service, crappy food, unorganized and unclean. Every online order that I have placed with them has had an issue. Either they miss items such as chips or bread or just get the order wrong. They also just throw pastries on the bottom of the bag and pile the rest of your food on top of it. No other Panera does this. Other locations have separate containers for every item on your order. If you place an online order, make sure to check it before you leave the store. There is a big difference between this Panera and other location. Very disappointing since I just moved to the area and love Panera. I wish corporate would do something about it to bring it up to the normal Panera standards. read more

The staff at this location were rude and unkind. If you can understand spanish you could hear them talking with fowl and vulgar words. If you say anything to them about it they don't apologize but rather act like you are intruding in their conversation. It made the environment unpleasant. They treated me with sarcasm after that and were extremely rude. I would not trust them with my food and will never go there again. This one employee who was about 27 male was just so disrespectful. I do not recommend going there and those workers should be either taught what customer service is or be fired. Their manger obviously isn't do their job keeping them in check. read more

Maybe it's just an off night but the visit tonight was not up to par such as I am use to from the franchise. Maybe friendly customer service is optional at this location. The cash register attendant was rude as well as the food server. We call have good and bad days and this was definitely a bad day. read more

Hands down one of the worse Panera Bread's I've been to. My order is always wrong. Not sure why I keep going back. I guess I can only have so much hope. Today will be my last after I ordered a bagel, which happened to be so hard and stale that I cut my mouth. This location definitely needs new management!! read more

I've been to this Panera on multiple occasions and it keeps getting worse. The ladies got my order all wrong, our cashier barely spoke English and the manager actually argued with me about getting the pastries that I ordered and paid for because the cashier didn't do it correctly. Panera Bread is not just a restaurant but a place where customers can relax and enjoy their meal. Panera sells various types of breads and bagels including rye, country, honey wheat, and whole grain. They sell anything from soups to salads and sandwiches as well as pastry items. Panera Bread is a diverse restaurant and sets standards extremely high because of the quality of food and how the employees of Panera treat you including me. I have two different opinions about working as a cashier there. Working at Panera is harder than it looks when you are working with several personalities at once. My other opinion is their food. Panera Bread serves excellent food and we treat our customers with respect. At Panera, we know what not to do and say to customers and want them to feel comfortable. We are trained for that specific reason and it pays off when customers are happy with their food and service. The only problem about working there is the multiple people you have to get along with. Yes, this happens all the time to many people while they're working and it is happening to me as well. It can get frustrating working with so many people at once and it is hard to be professional when a coworker is not doing what they're supposed to. Also when one person is in a bad mood, it can affect everyone else. Either they are rude to you or customers, it can be hard to not to get personal. Panera is filled with coworkers like this and makes work ten times harder. Not only can it be unprofessional with my coworkers but also managers. They lecture you on treating others like you want to be treated on a daily basis but you can't really listen when they gossip just as much. As a cashier we do make mistakes from time to time and yes we get in trouble like anyone else would but it gets ridiculous when managers want to yell at you. The managers at Panera are unfair and tend to take things personally. I am not going to say names but one manager of mine is unfair with the schedule. If he does not like you, you will only be working one or two days a week knowing you need more hours. It happens quite frequently with the people I work with. On the other hand, our food is superior. We serve the customers correctly and always make sure they want to come back. With all the drama going on, we do not let customers know. Panera Bread is like no other restaurant because of the range of foods and drinks you can get. We aren't dirty and take care of our stations like we are supposed to. It is a great restaurant to go sit and relax, maybe even do some work but as an employee it can be hard. read more
