It's 11:30 in the morning, and you'd think a brand-new Panera would be shining like a freshly baked baguette. Instead, the floors looked like someone had thrown a "crumbs & coffee sticks" party and forgot to invite the cleaning crew. Tables? Dirty. Chairs? Sticky. My group actually had to roll up our sleeves and wipe down our own eating area--basically DIY Panera housekeeping. On top of that, coffee drinkers beware: the refill station looked like it was running on fumes. Thermoses were playing hide-and-seek, and you have to hunt down a staff member just to keep the caffeine flowing. This place really needs a dedicated person just to keep the dining area clean and to keep an eye on the coffee station. It's a shame, because the food is solid Panera quality, but eating it while staring at tissues on the floor kills the vibe. Bottom line: brand-new place already looking tired. Someone get this location a broom, a mop, a coffee refill, and maybe a motivational speech.

    Toasted. REALLY?

The upside is that they do have no-cost access to Internet. The food prep staff doesn't all have a command of the English language. If you can't tell the difference between butter and cream cheese (TWICE) you shouldn't be preparing food orders. I ordered AND PAID FOR a sesame bagel, sliced and toasted, with butter. I got an untoasted, sliced sesame bagel with cream cheese. When I brought the unopened cream cheese to their attention, the person didn't understand!

Always sending out gorgeous products lmao

Look at this sandwich. Would you say this is worth your money?? The cheese doesn't even look real.

    Chicken teriyaki bowll

I got their chicken teriyaki bowl and finished it in less than 5 bites. It was so disappointing. I paid nearly $14 for this bowl but it had 6 pieces of chicken and probably a few broccoli in there. I used to really like this location but every time I have been there, I have had a bad experience. I understand due to inflation prices are going up but to give me a kids size bowl and expect me to pay $14 is ridiculous.

***** Rapid Pick-up Review ***** I kid you not, as I pulled out of the line of the nearby Starbucks, I pulled up the Panera app on my phone and proceeded to order my oatmeal. By the time I got to the other end of the parking lot, parked, locked my vehicle and walked in the door, a young lady was bringing my bag to be placed on the rapid pick up shelf. If that is not rapid, then I may need to pull out a dictionary and reacquaint myself with the definition. Everything was in the bag already, my oatmeal of course, which was piping hot. To the point I had to blow it first in order to eat it. Napkins and a spoon were placed on top. I did not have to grab anything extra which was a huge plus. Looks like I reaped all the rewards of rapidness on this visit.

This locatins is the best, the staff work really hard even they re still short staff.thank you

Stopped by for lunch with a friend. Was sad to see no French onion soup option so I opted for Tomato soup. Got the tomato soup and tomorrow mozzarella sandwich. Food was good, also didn't see frontega chicken sandwich on the menu so my friend was disappointed about that too

This place just keeps getting better. Yes, I know it's a chain, but they have a place. They bake their own fresh bread for their sandwiches and ....it's really good too! They have really fresh quality food and it's always consistent no matter which store I've been to. You get a great variety of healthy choices. I also like their 1/2 and 1/2 special so you get a half sandwich and choice of soup. They will be rolling out their kiosk system next month. Gotta love that. I really like the roast turkey with avocado on sourdough. Their coffee selection is really good too and it's good quality.

    Summer Corn Chowder

Soup for Spring or Summer? While I don't prescribe soup during 90-degree Summer weather, try Summer Corn Chowder now while it's still relatively chilly outside. Highlights: * Light on the stomach * Lenient amounts of corn * Ungodly broth Go with the Bread Bowl: 1. Fun/Unprecedented design for holding/nourishing soup 2. Unlike traditional soup containers(metal), you can actually devour the bread bowl Flexible Ordering methods: * Cashiers * Tablets Interior mojo: 1. Low crowd noise 2. Snug-as-a-bug seating areas 3. Reliable Wi-Fi 4. Two-sided fireplace If Soup isn't your thing: Try the Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich.

Pumpkin spice latte is good. Whipped cream makes it too sweet. Kids love mac n cheese, always served hot. Great customer service.

Hard to find a clean table at 'rush hour'. Go at down time and one can hang out, relax, good food, great coffee, and surf the net!

Typical Panera Bread experience. Usually great customer service. The toffee nut cookie needs to be on the menu and stay on the menu though.

From the chicken to the salmon the proteins were absolutely delicious! I must say the service was unparalleled compared to my past experiences with other places. The staff took great care of me from start to finish. Top tier! The place was clean, organized and free of trash. Sharika and Edith single handed made me feel like home. They ensured that everything was to my liking. They deserve great praise and recognition. A great place with a great staff and a comforting vibe.

I opted for the kale Cesar salad and added chicken on as a protein. The chicken is available in both crispy or roasted option. The salad was made quickly and I'm sure I could have added additional toppings but I will have to do my research next time. For the price of the salad, I expected the bowl to be more packed than it was. The bowl was on the light side and they add the chicken at the bottom so it seems like adding the chicken is not really worth it. I did appreciate the salad dressing being added to your liking but I don't know if I would try the kale Cesar again.

After checking in, we were quickly guided upstairs to a cozy, rounded booth--an intimate and perfect spot for two. Our server, Katie, was fantastic--attentive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest when helping us choose between dishes. We started with the deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes, paired with the Black Sheep Mule and a watermelon cocktail (wish I remembered the name!). For our mains, we ordered the short rib rigatoni and the steak bulgogi bowl. To finish, we shared the weekly dessert special: an Earl Grey tres leches. Everything was exactly what I hoped for and more. The starters were standout, the entrees were packed with flavor, and the overall aesthetic of the space was just beautiful. We'll definitely be back--next time for brunch!

It was also my first time at The Black Sheep but I had always heard wonderful things - all of which turned out to be true. The loft area is beautiful and overlooks the entire restaurant. Also when you reserve the loft, which holds up to 16 people, you order off the regular menu. I loved this as other places I checked into were much more restrictive with a higher minimum spend and fixed menus for groups larger than 8. We had 12 in our group. We started with a bunch of appetizers for the table and cocktails. Appetizers included the bacon tower, fried green tomatoes, hushpuppies, crispy chicken wings, and Mediterranean garlic shrimp. Dinner entreés were jambalaya pasta, the American wagyu burger, pulled short rib rigatoni and branzino almondine. There were zero complaints. We enjoyed EVERYTHING!! The bourbon butter cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert literally took me over the top. My belly was ready to burst :) Our waiter was attentive throughout the entire time and everything we ordered came out perfect. I must go back soon. It is a distance from where I live but there's so many things on the fabulous menu I want to try.
