    The Kitchen Sink Cookie

This is my local Panera spot. Been coming here for a few years now. I have always had a good experience whenever I go. Now these dipper sandwiches that are currently in the menu are definitely a hit in my book. Today I popped in & dined in for lunch, I have always been obsessed with their creamy tomato soup so it was a no brainer for me to go for the Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Dipper combo. I requested extra basil pesto spread in my sandwich and they hooked me up just right! The sandwich had all of my favs, grilled chicken, two types of cheeses and a yummy spread. You about a half cup of soup to dip with and that combo tasted amazing. I didn't realize it came with chips, so I ordered a cookie as my dessert. Not sure how long these combos will last but I will be back to try a different one. This location always lives up to the Panera standard & name, pop in and try something on the menu that you haven't tried yet, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Make sure you also download the app, this meal was only $6.66 with my rewards & discounts in the app.

Closed pick up door. 6 people are waiting while I took this picture. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst pb location. If you're picking up an online order, they make you stand at a door, you have no idea if they are working on it, because there is no one there to greet you. Just a line of customers greeted by a closed door. Orders are never ready so everyone is just standing at that closed door. The food is fine, just always check your food if you're picking up. They rush your order while you're in front of the closed door and make mistake after mistake after mistake.

location for online orders. very tacky. Maybe it's time to call health department.

Panera you can do better!!!!! Improve: Food, Service, & Ambiance Ordered online which was a seamless process. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Where this experience pivots is going to a back door to the kitchen and knocking for pickup. They've got to make a better plan as this TACKY and not representative of the image it wants to create[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I declined the sandwich in presentation of my entire experience. Staff 1/5 was an excellent experience the other 4 couldn't be bothered with the day or customers patiently waiting for online orders. Do better Panera. On a positive side, I've experienced better service and food was 4/5 while dining in. Again, DO better as you've absorbed other recently closed locations for the area.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup instead of chicken and Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
    Simone L.

This is the second time they messed up and sent me brocc and ched soup instead of chicken and wild rice. I will never order for delivery from them again. I'm not feeling well and was really looking forward to the soup and now my husband has to go in person to the store to get it instead of staying home and caring for me. Plus, they just threw my baguettes into the bag like pieces of trash. So my husband goes to the Panera location we ordered from and asks for a manager, after waiting almost 10 minutes, no one ever comes out so one of the cashiers ended up taking care of the issue but she even said "my manager isn't coming out". This is ridiculous customer service. Panera has lost another customer.

    Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich

I'm sad because I love this location and I always order online. This time, the Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich had mostly bread, sauce and little chicken. That's not a sandwich! Panera you've to do better!

Strawberry Mint Charge! Definitely a must

Panera has great soups and the bread is the DEVIL in a good waySeriously, if you're looking for great service always with a smile then this location is for you. Have they went down a little with the portions control, absolutely but if it's brought to their attention they will try to rectify the situation. For that they get an 8/10! The Autumn Squash soup is one of my favorites (sadly I devoured before I remembered to take a pic) always hearty and flavorful! Absolutely love the added touch of the 4 pumpkin seeds!

Caesar Salad with Chicken with bread
    John H.

Salad was really good but not even amount of chicken with lettuce way to much bread was hard. Pizza had no sauce and cheese was not good but I would recommend the salad though. And I also had a blueberry bagel that tasted stale don't get it trust me.

I've been coming here since they've been open. I must admit they started a little slow and that's why I waited quite some time to do my Yelp review but I am proud to say they are moving fast and keeping up w the demands now! The food has always been good here and you still get all the same options as you do the other panera locations. I do like this Panera Bread because it's spacious a has many seating options and different seating arrangements so that way you can sit wherever your heart desires whether you're hosting a study group, spending family time or a dinner for one, they can accommodate it. I liked it there because their beverage station is always clean and the condiments always full. Looking forward to returning back there pretty soon to get my favorite Chicken and Wild Rice Soup & Figi Apple Chicken Salad!

    BBQ Noodles

The food wasvok. I ordered the BBQ NOODLE SOUP. It was bland. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is updated and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The waitress came immediately and food served in less than (5) minutes.

I had the pick 2 lunch special, but decided to splurge on the Wayne's roll. It does have green onions, and they seared the fresh tuna on the top, which both actions were not listed in the description. I picked off the onions and was eating the sushi anyways. It takes a lot for me to return an item, because I don't believe in waste. I also used to be a waiter, so I know that it's hard when your tip is affected by the food. What did upset me was that all of the rolls were done with too little, and too wet, of rice. Every single roll opened up. The small Philly rolls I could hold together. The Wayne's roll completely fell apart, losing masago everywhere and making a mess of the soy sauce and the table. When the original cashier did come to check on me, I only had 2 pieces left of the Wayne's. If she had come over sooner, I may have returned it. She did apologize and ask if I wanted them to be redone. I said no, thank you (because you never know once they're upset), and instead asked for 2 dollars off of the total for the 14.95$ roll being less valuable than the 12.95$ lunch special. The other waiter dropped off the check without a word and walked away to wait for my card, without a discount . She ended up being the manager. She never apologized for the less than ideal experience, didn't mention that she knew about it until I asked her, and only said, "You chose to eat it anyways." She refused a 2 dollar discount. 2 dollars... for good customer service. I tipped the other cashier. I hope that she gets the 20% and the manager gets none of it. I'll never go back.

The ribs are absolutely delicious, and the burgers and fries never disappoint. I've also had the salmon and the brick-style flame-grilled chicken, which has an amazing smoky, flame-grilled flavor and is always cooked just right. One of my favorite memories is sitting by the fireplace and enjoying a cozy meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it just as enjoyable to dine in as it is to take your food home. If you're looking for a reliable restaurant with generous portions, great service, and food that keeps you coming back, Glenwood is an excellent choice. Whatever you order, make sure you come hungry--you really can't go wrong.

Zero Proof Night…read more Sunday 8:01 Appetizer : Watermelon Salad Entree: Stanford Burger Side : Sautéed Spinach, French Fries Zero Proof Drinks : Pom & Circumstance Half Moon My zero proof night was underwhelming. This bar does not give any presentation or flair to their non alcoholic beverages. Pom and Circumstance was zesty and sweet . The Half Moon drink was nothing more than grapefruit juice with a cherry . I was expecting more presentation since it's literally a tonic. I would like to mention that the bar was slammed with guests and the tables were not getting their drinks on time. So, maybe it was a slippery Sunday night for the bar and my zero proof drinks lacked in pizazz. The watermelon salad was a wild card choice as Glenwoods does not have much fresh fruit on the menu. I wish it was not so chunky ... chunks of watermelon and tomato covered in a balsamic sauce and feta cheese. This salad pairs nicely with the arugula. The sides were hot and came out expeditiously. The burger was undercooked and the server offered to re-Fire a new burger. 5 out 10 night .
