Pretty clean and also pretty much wiped out of any pastries when we arrived at 3:00 p.m., so they go fast over the course of the day. They had some cookies left and they could always serve sandwiches and soup. Lots of tables and quite a few people actually inside sitting down and grabbing a bite even at 3:00. Parking lot is a little miserable to get out of on to Jericho turnpike because it's so close to the light.

I am such a fan of Panera Bread! I think I am hooked on the chicken tortellini alfredo! It's my new favorite item on the menu! Staff at this location is friendly and service is quick. Plenty of options to choose from from the menu for any meal! Easy to order at the kiosk and dine in - food prepared quickly and accurately. The tulip butter cookies are a good option for spring. don't forget that membership has its rewards. Dining area is clean and comfortable - not too crowded if you come early for lunch.

This location is very poorly managed. Also this store is very unreliable with the business hours that they keep. They advertise Father's Day specials so we decided to go Sunday night only to find out that the store was closed well before 8 PM (normally they are supposed to be opened until 9 PM) with no signs at all in the window and people standing outside wondering what is going on. This is not the first time that they have done this. This has happened before. It shows poor management on their part. Also the coffee spouts that the coffee comes out of looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while if at all because there was what appeared to be a crust around it. I would Definitely not recommend this store to anyone. It's back to Starbucks for me.

I have been eating at Panera for YEARS so I would feel a little bad giving it anything less than 5 stars. For what it is, it's a 5-star. It's quick, healthy, and the food is decent. It's not the most amazing food on the face of the planet, but it's tasty, and I get the Panera urge relatively often. You have to get the MyPanera card. It's one of those rewards clubs that's actually worth it, save room on your keyring or wallet for it and discard the countless others you have wasting space. I get all giddy when I have a free reward waiting for me. I was just informed that a free pastry awaits me. Helloooooo, tasty cookie. Or muffie. Or pumpkin pie. Or cinnamon roll. Or...maybe I'll stick with my New Year's resolutions... Anyways, good salads, good paninis, good soup and good iced tea - love the acai berry. Unsweetened, and better than (in my opinion) S-bucks iced passion tea, plus it's cheaper. Win-win. You may not know this, but they do have baked chips instead of the fried if that's what you're craving on the side. Some (normal) people don't want bread to go with their bread. I'm always somewhat bewildered when I order a bread bowl, and they ask, "Do you want bread with that?" ...You literally just gave me a bowl of bread. Um, no, I want not bread, thank you very much. Fav's include the chicken noodle soup, Asian sesame salad, tomato and mozz panini (with chicken added sometimes - yum), Thai chopped, the list goes on. Oh and the toffee crunch cookie, I dream of thee. I am very sad that last year they had the mint chocolate cookie for the holidays and this year they have red velvet. Most people might think I'm crazy for saying this, but...I hate red velvet. There. I said it. I might as well order a whole baguette to go with my bread bowl now.

    Steak and white cheddar

Are you kidding? If this is what passes for a Steak and White Cheddar sandwich I will never be returning. $16.50 for that and a cup of soup? Exorbitant prices aren't enough, you have to cheat people out of food too?

Delicious soups, crispy fresh salads with succulent apples and light lemonade. A must visit. Place is clean, bright and staff are happy

I've been to both the Commack and Syosset locations and can attest to the food quality - - always fresh and made in house, even the dumplings and the Pho is cooked daily from bones. This is real deal, bone broth Pho. The staff at the Syosset location (closer to home) is incredible. Super friendly. Even though I am a regular and know the owners through years of going there, I openly try new Vietnamese restaurants when they open, both on Long Island and anywhere I travel, and I can say the nearest comparable Pho I have had is in Vegas. There's a decent one in Sarasota too. But locally? Nothing better than The Rolling Spring Roll.

There is always something to satisfy whatever craving I have. Service is great and vibes are chill. My kind of restaurant.

The were only 2 other people in the restaurant. The hostess brought us to a booth. Very comfortable. Waiter appeared a few minutes later and presented us with a tablet to order our meals. It was easy and it was great to see what the dishes looked like. We ordered mango lava milk and the holden chrysanthemum tea pot. Lava milk was nice and not too sweet and the chrysanthemum tea was a good choice to compliment the meal. We ordered the steamed pork soup dumplings. Cooked to perfection. We also ordered the half Peking duck and spicy black fish. The Peking duck was served with pancakes to wrap the duck as well as cucumber, pineapple and hoisin sauce. Duck tasted delicious not greasy at all. It was my favorite part of the meal. Spicy black fish was good as well and not too spicy. This is a high end Chinese fusion restaurant. Prices are high but you are paying for the presentation and experience. Footnote: This restaurant is listed as a Resy restaurant. AmEx Platinum Card will give you a $100 credit every 3 months that you dined at Resy restaurants. For some reason they way the waiter rang up the bill on the tablet it came up as take out ?!? Crazy! Given the culinary brilliance here, if you order one of your favorites, it'll be done well, but you're better off trying something unique that might not be on the menu at your local Chinese, Indian or Thai spot. Chili tofu and basil ginger fish were two great showcases for the complex spices available here. (I'm a real American hero, I ate fourths since my parents preferred leftovers that didn't have the top spice levels). And if you're spice-adverse yet chili-curious, the honey chili potato is worth a shot. These are essentially fries. Our server, Ten, was amazing. We ordered: - Spring Salad (5/5) this tasted so good with the fresh mango, the snap peas, and the carrot ginger dressing. - Faroe Islands Salmon (5/5) I only tasted the rice, and not the salmon itself, but the rice was so good, and I just kept on stealing more from the plate. - Roasted-Half Chicken (4/5) This was my own entrée, and I loved how the chicken was crispy, and I also really liked the garlic mashed potatoes, but the only thing that I did not think worked well with the dish was the swiss chard. I think it would've tasted better with spinach. - Strawberry Cheesecake (4/5) this was surprisingly very light for a cheesecake, we ended up finishing all of it, and the whipped cream was really good. The strawberries were not my favorite, I kind of wish that they were just fresh slices of strawberries, but to each their own. While I had heard great things about this restaurant, I hadn't been in yet. I'm sure glad we chose to come here. This menu is available until 6 pm during the week. Bartender was a doll and gave me the skinny on all her favorites for both the happy hour and regular menus. Bar seats maybe 15 people and a tv above will keep a solo flyer busy for a bit. Once my buddy arrived, we were seated in the dining room toward the back. A great space able to seat many patrons. Larger groups can easily be accommodated. Our server Zack was awesome and came by just often enough. He also did a great job spacing out our courses so as not to overload our table. We started with soup and then had one of the starts of the evening- sliced seared tuna. This was a reco from the earlier mentioned bartender and it was a super home run. So were the Bang Bang Tacos. ( another reco from our great bartender food guru.) My friend said his salmon was good but not great and I had a burger that Zack recommended. Cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious, this was an incredible burger and I could have taken at least half home. I didn't because it was so good and I felt stuffed when it was finished. We didn't stop there though - the dessert menu looked awesome and I wasn't going to miss it.
