Awesome for 3 meals a day! I have not had any bad at Panera. It's always fresh, flavorful, and tasty. I tried the turkey and cheddar sandwich, and it had a generous amount of meat, super flavorful cheese, veggies, and soft bread. So delicious! The chicken and rice soup was new to me. It had great cream flavor, well seasoned, and delicious rice and chicken. This location is clean and friendly kitchen staff.

The Tukwila Panera has plenty of parking thanks to a large lot shared with businesses nearby. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside, the layout feels more long and narrow rather than open, but there's still enough seating to find a spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I personally don't know the loud music, which made it hard to enjoy a quieter visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also noticed a few tables weren't cleaned off properly, and some were wobbly, which can be annoying when you're trying to eat and get work done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restrooms are available and easy to find.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, not bad, but definitely room for improvement. Airport delay for In-laws, so got some lunch at Panera Bread pretty close by. Ordered multiple items. Can order thru the walk-in register or live in person which I appreciate. I did order and extra French bread, but did not receive. But the manager made it all better and gave me one on the house. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was clean, the food was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would come back again and again.

After relocating to the PNW, I revisited Panera, a place I hadn't been since my time on the east coast. Last week, I stopped by while in the area. The restaurant was spacious and well-kept. Opted for a grilled cheese and tomato soup, and though the staff was friendly, the grilled cheese was just average. The tomato soup, however, was fantastic. Overall, I'd recommend it for the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere.

I am normally a fan of Panera so it pains me to write this review. I just hope they had an off day because my experience today was pretty bad. I understand that they're busy, but that shouldn't compromise quality of their food or accuracy of fulfilling orders. I tried the curbside pickup today and pre-ordered ahead for a 1pm pick-up. Issue 1: the order was late and I had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. Issue 2: The sandwiches weren't labeled so it was impossible to know if my order was correct without opening each sandwich in the car. Really inconvenient for the customer for a this oversight. Issue 3: I checked my order before leaving and it was missing two items. Glad I checked before leaving. One of the items was a pretty obvious miss as it was a whole baguette. Issue 4: The quality of the food was bad. The greek salads had lots of spoiled and bad pieces of lettuce. It made me really think long and hard about eating the salad because I didn't want to get sick. I hope their management takes all of my feedback constructively. I really want to see them do well and improve upon these mishaps.

The quality of the food made me lose my appetite. The bacon is gray and the sandwich was put together very messily. I got a chicken avocado blt.

Panera is all about baked goods and that can be a challenge for a keto diet but they also have salads. I was able to use the app to order a Greek salad with sliced chicken and it came out quite well. I arrived a little ahead of the scheduled time and got to watch the manager/expediter/finisher pushing the kitchen to complete orders and get them ready for pickup. Definitely a hard worker there! Back at the hotel, my salad was customized as requested with plenty of chicken and two pots of their Greek dressing. Very good and while not perfect keto, definitely close to it. I can see ordering Panera again. [Review 17102 overall - 90 in Washington - 618 of 2022.]

My Husband & I were at this location around 3 months ago and were disappointed that they were out of so many things well over an hour before closing with no other customers in the reataurant so the sandwich choice was slim. We were in again this evening and had a terrible experience so will not be eating at this location again! The restaurant wasn't overly busy at all but we had to wait quite a long time for our half sandwiches & cup of mac. In fact several customers that came in after us for both dining and takeout were served ahead of us. We noticed a few other customers complaining. When I finally decided to walk up to the counter to ask if they had called out our name, the lady appearing to be the manager said our order had just come up. We had both ordered lemonade from the four or five custom drink selections they had offered in addition to fountain drinks at the kiosk we ordered through. When I walked up to get my lemonade, one of the young female employees was emptying the lemonade and tea containers into larger containers of what appeared to be something they would store it in overnight. I had asked her where the other drinks were and she didn't answer. lI told her we had ordered lemonade and she continued emptying the lemonade and tea dispensers into the storage containers and said "I'm putting it away for the night". This was around 7:00pm ( 2 hours prior to close she was putting it and the tea away and they had none of the other custom drinks that were available on the kiosk). The lady that had appeared to be the manager said the fountain drink machine was down too and the girl was making more lemonade... so I told her what the girl had said and asked her what we were supposed to drink because the girl had said she was putting it and the tea away for the night. The girl ( employee ) rudely looked at another employee as I walked by and said, referring to me, "what did she say about me?". I replied " you said you were putting it away for the night and we paid $3 each for lemonade but have nothing to choose from because you're putting away the tea and lemonade and the fountain drink machine is down" and you have several customers in here trying to get their drinks but we have nothing to choose from . She then rudely said she "did not say that", turned around and made a very snarky face at me! My Husband went up to get some ice from the manager and as he walked by the young girl made an even worse face at him and looked at me and made another face!! She proceeded to take her time to even bother to refill the lemonade or tea dispensers for us even knowing that there were lots of customers in at that time that were also trying to get drinks and had nothing available whatsoever to choose from! She was off doing other things and never came back for quite a while. We felt it was on purpose. As we left the restaurant she was on her break and was sitting eating by the door, and even made a face at us then!

Chicken sandwich has all but chicken!!! Terrible customer service also... stay away

The food didn't taste good and the chicken sandwich has hardly any chicken in it. Terrible customer service, so definitely not coming back

On a hot, sunny day around 2:50pm on Friday I decided to make the drive here after suddenly…read moreremembering one of my foodie friends had this place several times during other weekends. I actually had to park behind the building then look at other Yelp reviews to find out that there is parking on gravel near their dumpsters closest to LaShaun Daye Hair. Though I don't know if the parking lot where this building and E Marginal Way meet can also be used...street parking in this area was scarce, contrary to most Yelp reviews I've read. Anyway, I came to an empty but very chill interior with several tables and window seating, along with some semi-quiet VPop playing near the front counter to the right-hand side of the entrance. There's a small flower display along with the cafe logo a little to the back which is perfect to take photo ops with your drink and food like I did. The menu is above the front counter and - as their logo says - they specialize in banh mi and coffee, though they have some matcha and soup options among others. Staff at the front were very quick at making my coffee as I was the only one inside. I got their 16oz egg coffee, which is one of their best sellers according to the asterisk on their menu next to the name of the drink. Very strong phin-dripped Vietnamese coffee along with condensed milk and an egg foam that gave a sweet, creamy taste to the already bitter coffee at the bottom. Drinking the egg foam first, it's a nice, thick custard-like format that the coffee does not overtake, which is good since other places I've had don't have that kind of balance. My next trip back here will have to be for another one of their coffee drinks and their banh mi sandwiches as well. I can already hear my friend telling me to get one right now as I'm writing this up!

I've been wanting to try this place since I first heard of it…read more GETTING THERE: It seems tucked away in Tukwila, but it's actually extremely easy to get to and not to far off the exit from Hwy 599 coming from South Center. It's maybe about 2-3 min off the Interurban Ave exit. After a couple left turns, it's right on the corner of a 4-way stop. You can't miss it. PARKING: The place isn't very big but there is plenty of street parking available. There's also a small lot by the convenience store nearby. AMBIANCE: It's a very small place with Vietnamese decor and an aquarium. It was giving vibes of the sunroom at my aunt's house Vietnamese music playing in the background haha. There are limited seats if you choose to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have a couple tables on the side, or you can sit on the stools along the window. I think the place felt a little empty. It could use a couple more tables and chairs along the window instead of the stools. This layout kind of felt like a Baskin Robbins or a small local ice cream shop. SERVICE: I didn't see anyone at first when I walked in, but there was someone to ready to take my order by the time I got to the counter. She took my order then I took a seat at the table until she called me to grab me from my order. Not much else for service. FOOD: I mainly went here for the coffee, but I figured I should try the sandwich while I was there. I ordered the bánh mì đặc biệt (house special sandwich) and the cà phê trứng (egg coffee). The sandwich to me was alright at best. The flavors were unbalanced. I mostly tasted the chả over the other cuts and the meat was pretty cold. I get that it's called a "cold cut" for a reason, but it was really cold and kind of threw off the sandwich. The bread would've been better toasted, or at least have the option to toast it. The one thing I enjoyed was the amount of pate used. The coffee on the other hand was decent. I've been in search of more places that serve egg coffee and I usually get it every chance I get. I found it a bit weird that it comes iced. I usually get an option to choose if I want it hot or cold. It didn't specify on the menu and I was never asked. So I just assumed it was not iced because the only thing that was iced was the cà phê sữa đá. Well I was wrong... The egg part was super thick, fluffy, and creamy. It was the right amount of sweetness and saltiness too. Honestly it might be the best egg cream I've had on a coffee, but it would have been much better if the coffee was warm. I just think egg coffee should be served hot. It's a personal preference. The ice keeps the egg cream on top and I can't really mix the whole thing evenly. I would've enjoyed it more if every sip was a even mixture of egg cream and coffee. OVERALL: At the end of the day, I enjoyed this place. There are a couple small improvements that would've changed my experience. I did enjoy the coffee and that's what I originally came for. The sandwich honestly wasn't bad, but I think I would try the thịt nướng next time. Some places just do one or the other better. I think it's harder the get the cold cut sandwich right vs the grilled pork. Overall it's a nice little meet up spot and I would come back again just for the egg coffee.

The food was outstanding, and our waitress provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. She was friendly, attentive, and handled a difficult situation with professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how the manager on duty, Sam, handled an accident. While helping our waitress deliver our food, he accidentally dropped a container of ketchup that exploded all over the side of my body, covering my arm and my white button up shirt. Accidents happen, and I truly was not upset about the accident itself. What disappointed me was the way it was handled afterward. Immediately after the incident, Sam insisted that a rag with sanitizer and water would remove the ketchup from my white shirt. He then disappeared and never checked back with us until we were preparing to leave. At that point, he handed me the general manager's business card and said I should contact them to have my shirt laundered. After we explained that we were from out of town, he continued to insist that laundering was all they could offer. My wife politely explained that would not be practical and that the situation needed to be addressed while we were there. Rather than working with us, Sam simply walked away. Our waitress had no idea what was happening and was left trying to manage the situation herself. After some time, Sam walked past our table to tell our waitress, who was helping another table, that my meal had been comped because of the incident. He never came back to our table, never looked our way, never apologized directly, and never acknowledged our appreciation for comping the meal. It felt like he wanted to avoid the conversation altogether. Our waitress mentioned that the owner truly values customer feedback and takes reviews seriously. If the owner reads this, I want to be clear. Your restaurant is excellent. The food was fantastic, and your serving staff represented your business very well. However, Sam's handling of a simple customer service issue fell far below what I would expect from someone in a management role. Accidents are understandable. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and avoiding customers are not. Based solely on our interaction with Sam, I believe he is doing more harm than good for an otherwise outstanding restaurant.

I almost went to a place in Kent but wasn't completely sold, so I searched again--and that's when I found Aunt Becky's. What a gem! We originally planned to get our lunches to go, but once we arrived, we decided to stay and eat inside. The women behind the counter were absolutely lovely--so patient and helpful as they answered all our questions. The menu is clearly displayed behind the counter, and there's a fun assortment of snacks and drinks up front. I ordered a toasted BLT, which was delicious (though I can't remember exactly what my son got). While my sandwich in and of itself might not look absolutely delicious - remember that looks can be deceiving and this sandwich was life-changing on the day we went! The vibe inside is laid-back and cozy. The decor is a little older, but it just adds to the homey feel. It's clearly a spot loved by families, local businesses, and workers from nearby construction sites--people were coming in and out the whole time for takeout. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend you check it out too. You won't be disappointed! See ya there!

The banh baos they offer here are pricier compared to other Vietnamese delis that also sell them (Q…read moreBakery on MLK is one example) but you can tell they're made fresh and same with the ingredients they have inside each of them! I went here with a bestie on a Saturday afternoon for something quick to eat and came across here. Their parking lot and the overall location is unassuming; you wouldn't expect a place like this to be around what feels like a secluded area. Plus the inside is just the front counter, the menu in big print and some small seating (not for dine-in, though). Bestie and I each got their combo bao, which comes with many ingredients like quail egg, jicama, celery, wooden ears, pork and black pepper. We wanted these heated up, and it took about 10 or so minutes for them to be ready. Bestie did also get a mini bao but asked for it not to be heated so he could eat as a midnight snack. As for the combo bao itself, the whole thing could easily qualify as a meal if you get more than one. Each is about $6 each so they are on the pricier side but it's definitely worth having and it's such a unique addition to the Tukwila area! So much so it almost feels like a hole-in-the-wall or a hidden gem... well it needs more exposure than it has!

The restaurant is located in a small plaza. Parking lot is small and we were able to park easily. Upon entry, we were greeted and were seated right away. We had a window view which was nice. We enjoyed basking under the sun LOL! For starters, we ordered two coffee, cream and sugar while we browsed the menu. The restaurant was pretty spacious and clean. Not well lit or bright. It appeared that one section (rear) was kind of dark. It was a little odd. After we placed our order. It took approximately 45-50 minutes to receive our food. It was quite long. Sadly, our waitress didn't check in to refill our coffee. My daughter ordered the waffle combo with two sunny side eggs, hash browns and two sausage links $20.99. She enjoyed her food. I had a chance to try her Belgium waffle. It was light, airy and good. For my meal, I ordered the Avocado Florentine with carne asada (up charge $5.99) Total $25.99. It looked really delicious however, it was not. Unfortunately, it was bland. No seasoned and no flavor. I added salt and it still did not taste good. It didn't help. I had only three spoons and stopped eating. This has never happened. I had packed up my leftovers for my husband have at it. When my husband tried it, he stated it was bland. I rarely give bad reviews and rarely have bad tasting breakfast. This one hit that for me. =(
