I order from the Venice Panera quite frequently so I know what my favorite tuna sandwich should taste like. The usual tuna sandwich is generously laden with white tuna. However, today I placed my usual order of a tuna sandwich and was very disappointed with a sandwich of mostly tomato and lettuce. What should be a sandwich easy to be consistently prepared was anything but. I don't mind paying $10.00,for a good sandwich and have done it many times at Panera. Today's sandwich was definitely not worth it. I will be reluctant to order again. read more

As other reviewers have mentioned, this location is dirty. Tables have food particles and no one is cleaning the dining room. Also the men's room smelled like someone had urinated on the floor. The food quality has decreased during the past two years. My wife and I ordered the Tortilla soup and one Asian salad with two drinks. $25 dollars was way too much for very low quality food. This week my wife and I did take out twice at Panera due to a broken refrigerator. Tonight I ordered the Apple Fuji Salad whole) and I got my wife the large Corn Chowder Soup. I brought it home we live less than a mile away. 15 to 20 minutes after eating the soup my wife experienced very sharp pains in her stomach afterwards she spent over an hour in the bathroom with extreme diarrhea and vomiting. Now she is lying in bed trying to recover. She eat lite earlier in day having peanut butter & jelly sandwich hours before for lunch I am going in person the store tomorrow to register a formal complaint as well as file one online. read more

Food quality is comparable to other Panera locations but the orders never quite make it to the kitchen staff correctly... ask for no onions and get extra onions....ask for no mustard and get mustard all over the bread. My sandwich yesterday - the full Napa chicken salad sandwich had very little chicken salad on it compared to usual amount ... and for over $7 I expect more than a couple of pieces of bread. Very disappointing in the cleanliness department - having to get clean utensils and plates/mugs.... also do not keep their hot water carafe filled and it's impossible to hunt someone down to fill it! Bottom line - keep driving to the next Panera. read more

Such great service. The cashier Dan was very nice and patient with my us. You can get a dessert for 99 cents with purchase of a drink. . Everything is healthy and delicious. I will definitely be come back. read more

I have always had good service and quality with Panera food & coffee. . Until today. The iced coffee is the worst I have ever tasted. But the decaf I ordered for my husband is delicious. Please check the way you are making the regular iced coffee. It tastes like it has been in the pot for a week! read more

Eh, it's a Panera. What do I mean by that? It follows the formula and does not offer anything new, exciting, or interesting worth mentioning. It's in a strip mall, has everything you'd expect and seemed fairly clean. read more

We are frustrated with this particular Panera. Always some excuse the last three times here. Today we cannot make any breakfast sandwiches. Then we asked for fruit. Didn't have that either. Last time didn't have egg whites or fruit. Don't see us coming back. read more

Went to Panera today at 3:00 PM, store was not busy at all, there were maybe 8 couples eating in the whole restaurant. Our food came out very quickly; but there was very little salad dressing on my salad; sandwich was soggy on bottom and messy, looked like it was put together in a hurry. The dining area where we sat has about 15 tables, 3 were occupied by couples. Then an employee came out with a carpet sweeper, she wanted the customers sitting at tables to move their feet so she could sweep under the tables while these customers were eating, and the tables with no customers that did require sweeping were not swept. I think the manager at this store needs to pay more attention to the employees' work. read more

I have come here many times and was never impressed with the service, but the food was always good. One of my favorites is the tomato soup, but today I was served a bowl of watery barely seasoned tomato-y stuff - very disappointed. It was literally as if they added water to make it last longer. I ordered a cappuccino, which is prepared separately and called out when ready. After waiting about 10 minutes, I approached the counter to see what happened to my drink, and someone doing paperwork called who I assume to be the manager, pointed at me and said "she ordered a cappuccino". The manager glared at me with a very unfriendly expression on her face, checked the machine for the slip that prints out for the orders, and got busy, not saying a word to me. I sat back down, hoping I would hear her call when it was ready, but when I checked after about 5 minutes, the drink was just sitting there on the counter. This kind of "service" will keep me from returning, for sure. There are lots of Panera restaurants around, so it's no loss to me. read more

Cigarette Smoke from Patio rolls inside. The plaza employees use their patio as their personal smoking lounge! The amount of smokers outnumbered the dinners and smoke rolls right inside! So if you enjoy smelling smoke by all means enjoy! read more

I was very surprised on how rude the staff was after quickly yelping it looked ok but then I noticed they hide the more critical reviews. Why bother yelping for real reviews if yelp has a policy of deciding what is relevant!! In my opinion All reviews are relevant and I should be given all the information to determine my choices on businesses not what businesses choose to pay for advertising on the site. Actually....no stars! This place is the pits!!!! Dirty and horribly managed!! You can also tell, that the staff is miserable! I ordered my bagel toasted and it came out toasted ice cold! I ordered a Carmel latte (iced) it tasted like milk with no ice!! When I mentioned it to manager she remade it but, went behind counter and talked unpleasantly about me! Who does she think she is?
