    Furry animal part
    Matt A.

Received a salad with animal parts. Wife was violently ill. Marietta, Ohio store. Didn't receive an apology and nobody reached out to us. Health Department was not impressed.

My daughter and I love to go to Panera Bread. I got really hooked on them while we lived in Nashville, so when given the chance..I stop. We went for lunch today to enjoy some Soup and Smoothies. We both opted for the Creamy Tomato Soup and we both got Smoothies, her the Mango and myself the Strawberry Banana... I love the Panera App also because I can get Points that will reward me with free food and discounts. The store was clean, the staff friendly and I will definitely go back again!!!

    Hand warmer and grilled cheese!

Grilled cheese was great and the bread hand Warner helped during this winter. Might order more for my other hand.

    Mmmmmm. Good.

We like the selection of Panera for lunch. Lately they have had ingredients missing from salad and sandwich choices. Typically we enjoy the consistency of menu items as far as taste and quality. This Panera has messed up a couple of our orders lately.

Slowest Panera ever and they never have what you selected. Just disappointing. All the workers are nice though.

Nice place, but expensive for what you get. Some items are mediocre at best.

Don't follow after me - get here as soon as you can! It was amazing! I got the lunch special today which was half a sandwich and a bowl of soup, I chose the monte christo and french onion. Sandwich was delicious. No one around here has a monte christo permanently on their menu, so anytime I see it on a special I try to get it. The french onion soup was out of this world, the best I've ever had. I was hesitant at first because the cheese is not charred, but the soup was stellar & full of flavor. I also tried the wedding soup which was just as delicious and chock full of meatballs (my favorite part)! Lunch was ready for pickup in 15 minutes, and they kept the bags in a warming spot for me until I arrived. Soup was still piping hot when I got home. I can't wait to try more soup!

I love trying new restaurants instead of the same old chain spots, and we happened to come across Café Zupas. Their sign said "Soup, Salad & Sandwich Kitchen," and since those are three of my favorite things, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was bright, clean, and very welcoming. The menu boards had beautiful photos of the food, which definitely caught our attention. My only small complaint is that the menu doesn't include descriptions of what's on each sandwich or salad. Thankfully, the young lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. She even shared her two favorite menu items and explained them in detail. She recommended the Brisket Grilled Cheese with smoked brisket, provolone and Muenster cheese, sliced tomato, BBQ sauce, all served on ciabatta bread, along with the Chicken Chipotle Salad loaded with fresh mixed greens, roasted chicken, red onions, tomatoes, fire-roasted corn, black beans, tri-colored peppers, cheddar cheese, avocado, tortilla strips, chipotle ranch, and a honey cilantro glaze. Both sounded too good to pass up, so I ordered the "Try Two" combo, which includes a full sandwich and your choice of a half soup or half salad. Let me tell you... these are NOT normal half portions! My meal was enormous. As an added bonus, every meal came with a warm roll and a complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberry. I also grabbed a lemonade to wash everything down. The presentation was fantastic, and as a former chef, it takes a lot to impress me. But wow... I was genuinely surprised. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, with layers of flavor in every bite. The brisket grilled cheese was outstanding, and the Chicken Chipotle Salad was packed with fresh ingredients and had just the right amount of kick. The warm roll and chocolate-covered strawberry were such thoughtful finishing touches that made the experience feel even more special. My wife ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich with the Tomato Bisque, and she loved every bite. Before we left, the manager mentioned that everything is made from scratch in their open-concept kitchen, which made perfect sense after tasting the food. It's not often we discover a restaurant that checks every box--friendly staff, fresh made-from-scratch food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere--but Café Zupas absolutely did. We may have just found our new favorite lunch spot, and I can honestly say I'll be back again and again. Highly recommended!

Chose grilled cheese ( which was like no grilled cheese I've ever had ) turned out to be superb, and the lobster bisque which had tons of big chunks of lobster in the bottom. Yum Yum Yum!!! Back to the grilled cheese.... You gotta try it. I got mine grilled with a ciabatta bun which added a little bit of smoking us to it. We'll be back again.

I've eaten at tons of Panera Bread establishment over the years, some in Phoenix, some in Chicago, others here in Ohio, and the experience I had here was very similar to the norm. There's plenty of parking at this location (score) and they have a rather large patio out front with tons of tables and umbrellas for shade. Although the fake plants can go, no need for that. The place is kept clean and the staff was cordial. They have a lot of vegetarian friendly options so and I'm so thankful for that. I usually get the pick two and I always get the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. When I visited PB in Zanesville, it was no exception. It's honestly the best vegetarian sandwich I've ever gotten at a chain establishment. They start this sandwich on tomato basil bread and add peppers, feta cheese, cucumbers, greens, tomatoes, red onions, a delicious cilantro-jalapeno hummus. While it can be messy, I always eat every bite. Lastly, when it comes to the price, everything here is really reasonable. There's a few other reviews that complain about it being too expensive but honestly, its higher quality food then what you get at McDonald's so of course it's going to cost a little more. I get my meal for under ten dollars so I'm always happy walking out the door. Toss out the staff having random bad days (we're all human) and the occasional sloppy sandwich and this place is cool in my book.
