I want them to fix this under warranty, but it's been a very frustrating process to put it mildly. They never answer the phone and were a no-show three times. When they finally showed up on the 4th time, they were visibly in a hurry and did a sloppy half-job, only fixing one side of the house, but not the other, even though I told them at the time. I am too busy to keep chasing after a sloppy contractor like this. I want this fixed and off my list. They need to stand behind their work, or quit.

Finally got their estimator a couple of days ago and he insisted it was condensation. About the third time he insisted, I said "There ain't no GD way". So he says I'm gonna go if you are going to curse at me. I feel like he was BSing me anyway and that way he could blow me off and feel righteous about it. If you are a godless heathen you don't need a good roof. The very next morning the container, about half a gallon, that I use to catch the condensation was completely full. I took a picture and sent it to him but he didn't respond.

Lisa D. I am the worst procrastinator ever. I should have done this review long ago. Panhandle Power Cleaners did a fantastic job for me back in the summer of 2024. They did the house, windows, driveway, sidewalks, and back patio. They even noticed how bad the mailbox looked and threw that in for free without me asking. Everything looked better than i could have imagined. Best of all - they are good communicators. So many folks in the service industry call you back when they feel like it or never at all and show up when they feel like it or never at all. Casey is a good communicator - called me on time and showed up when he said he would. Great folks, great product, great service. Highly recommend. I would give 10 stars if i could. read more

Called Panhandle Power Cleaners to come out and clean the house and my two back decks. Eric was our technician that day and he did an absolutely phenomenal job. The house and both decks look brand new and when Eric was done washing he put our door mats back and even cleaned the glass doors with glass cleaner so they wouldn't be streaked with water stains. The attention to detail was so nice. If you need anything pressure washed, I highly recommend them. read more
