GB K&B is now ordering from an outside vendor. I was not told of this upfront. Charlotte House of GB K&B did the measurements; however the shower bench and adjacent closet do not align properly. I called Charlotte House, at first she promised to "make it right," but then referred me to Sharon Bedolli (owner). Sharon at first said she would help then did not respond. I also contacted office manager Kelly Bedolli, no satisfaction there either. How they can stay in business going forward is unclear to me.

So each dog gets one on one time and are not kenneled all day long. After you drop off you can pick your dog up within a hour or two. Her prices vary on breed and are about 5-10 dollars more then everywhere I called or have taken my dogs in the past but its worth it considering its just your dog there and its fast hour or two and done no CRATES. I recommend her to anyone!
