It has only 6 rooms and a nice breakfast room, bar and the one Michelin starred restaurant Urgestein. The rooms are cozy and have a nice bed. The room is fairly basic but nice. It's a hotel without a lift and the rooms are on the second floor with steep narrow staircase. It's a hotel where there is tiny reception and it's closed most of the time until you ring the doorbell. There is also no parking here and there is a car park very close by you can use. I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I would come back here any day.

When asking for directions, the gentleman, walked me outside, pointed me in the right direction and wished me a lovely day. The breakfast (although it is not included) was fresh and tasty. It offered a diverse range of options from fresh bread, cheeses, and meats to fruit, eggs and oatmeal. Staffers brought delicious fresh coffee or cappucino to your table. The large floor to ceiling windows displayed the fountain and foliage in the courtyard. The fitness center was small but incredibly clean and it had top of the line equipment that was easy to use. The room was spacious and had an open floor plan. The closet and shower provided ample room as well, making the experience feel rich and comfortable. The decor was simple, yet modern. To top it all off if you enjoy cute and quaint villages, this is a must. Deidesheim, is a lovely wine village, with several small boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants.
