The staff where very friendly and helpful. as it was basically the end of the season for azalea's there selection was not good. I also felt that there pricing especially on the azalea's where extremely expensive more than double the cost of home depot for similar size. I originally went to Cavacini Landscaping as the Home Depot near me had none left. I ended up leaving and going to another Home depot where I bought azalea's for half the price. Cavacini had a good selection of perennials but again pricey. If I was in a bind I would go back as the plants looked nice and the service was friendly and staff was helpful.

They clearly knew the product was bad because they provided full refund but even the replacement plants are not in good shape. Mike is the person you deal with for issues with plants and he couldn't be more nasty. He even admitted to me they knowingly sold me hundreds of dollars of trees two days before they announced a 50% off everything sale and said wouldn't you do the same in your line of work. My boyfriend went in and the man he worked with was also miserable and nasty. I ordered a few plants at shadyside nursery during the lockdown, and was so pleased that I went back to shop very safely with masks and all when things started to open back up. They have great quality plants, and their staff knows their stuff! I got a lovely pepper plant that was already flowering and I had a pepper off of it within the week!!! I got a few other new friends for our back patio that should last all seasons by moving them indoors this winter. I'll plan to come here next spring to get my garden started!

He was delivering shrubs to my neighbor and I asked if they ever haul away branches for a fee. He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. If this is the level of customer care to be expected, this business has a bright future!
