I brought both the belt and dress to customer service with receipts and tags on. Both ordered with in the last 6 days. Never worn/ used. They called 2 people from other departments to look over the belt and then another separate person look over the dress. Never experienced this any where. Makes you feel like a criminal. Super offensive. In the future I think it would just be easier to order from a better store and return via mail.... There are too many options out there.

I didn't even notice it until I pulled up in my driveway and only one side of the back of my son's Jeep was lit up from my headlights. I knew I had get that fixed ASAP. So, we called O'Reilly and they told us that they sell the headlights, and they will also install it if they aren't busy and the weather isn't bad. Awesome! Sure enough, we went and bought a set of two (in case the other blows out) and the girl checking us out also sold us a tiny packet of grease, which keeps the moisture out and helps with the connection. We sure wouldn't have know we needed that. We paid our $34 and walked out and she put the new light in for us. Easy peasy! If I need anything minor like that in the future, I will definitely return to O'Reilly's.

I sent my daughter to the Fairhope location and she wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all. The owners were working. When she asked for assistance, they didn't redeem themselves. What a shame. I've always had a great experience at Objects in Daphne. Haley is just the best! I am happy to support local, unless this is the type of customer service given going forward. The other day, a sweet lady from my church gave me a 23rd Psalm bracelet, so I decided to pick her up some beads and I knew exactly where I wanted to get them. Walking in, I was stunned at all of the beads and charms. There was a table full of nice ladies chatting and making jewelry. I browsed for a few minutes and made my purchase. I don't know much about beads, but I felt like they had a good selection and reasonable prices. They had hooks, clasps, etc as well. They even displayed some already made beaded jewelry for sale. If you need beads - because we know how much Mobilians love our beads - this is a cute little place to find them year 'round.
