The young lady working the counter was THE WORST! Maybe her dog died today, maybe she was born with the I'm too good for everyone gene. I'm not judging anyone with a bad personality, but the attitude with accepting a coupon is laughable. (Ps It's your JOB). I drove to this specific location because it was the address on the coupon. I set coupon on the counter and pointed to the Family size $4 off. She was bothered by the question of which crust is thick (original is the official name, duh - shame on me). She rang me up, I added a tip and as she crumpled my receipt I said "May I have my receipt? After looking at it I asked did you take my coupon off the total? Her response, wait for it...."You did not pass it to me." What? It's on the center of the counter staring at you after we discussed what size and I pointed at it. After being called on it she said the other employee would have my pizza ready and dismissed me with no discount or a way to fix her error. Go to this location if you love papa murphy pizza, but do not expect to be treated with any decency. BTW: I got the pizza home and was informed that this was not a thick crust. She said every size came in thick and it's called original. Not so much! Sorry your life is so bad chick, but you aren't going to bring this family down to your level...Have a great day! read more

They only are working on online orders that come in after walk in orders. There are 4 men working at a snail's pace, while people are waiting around. They are so slow and are more focused on talking to each other than making a pizza. I ordered a pepperoni. How long does it take to put sauce on a premade crust chesse and pepperoni. You'll be better off ordering a pizza from pizza hut, they cook it and bring it to you, all in less than 50 mins!!! read more

A very nice group of young people are working at the store, two stars for them. But I did not get the sense that they were very experienced. I ordered in advance, online, but they didn't start making my food until I arrived, stating they had a big rush in the past hour. The online system said my pizza would take 45 minutes. Somewhere in that chain of events something is broken. My pizzas should have been waiting for me. They offered free cookie dough to ease the pain. The pizza was not good. The dough was very doughey, almost as if it was undercooked, but we followed the directions closely. My wife is an amazing baker so we know our oven works well. The flavor of the ingredients was bitter which is strange for a pizza. After eating part of one slice each, we threw out the rest. We will not be returning. Maybe we just don't like Papa Murphys. I get much better pizza from Pizza Hut which isn't a high bar, and the price is about the same including delivery and tip. read more

Surprisingly delicious! If it wasn't for the excellent Yelp reviews I would have never stopped in but Yelpers are right again! We ordered the BIG MURPHY'S STUFFED Pizza that had red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, olives inside then topped with green peppers, tomatoes, provolone, cheddar, herb & cheese blend. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! Just as fellow Yelpers report everything was fresh and the employees are super friendly and helpful and will happily answer your questions. The directions on how to cook the pizza is in the packaging and was simple and precise. It comes on a tray that gets put in the oven. You can have them cook it, but boy do I love this concept because when you are ready to eat just throw it in the oven and bam! its hot and fresh instead of it getting cold and soggy by the time you get it home. First time ever to try this place and was very pleasantly surprised with the options. There is a menu of different specialty pizzas you can choose from or you can create your own. Their Large is about $14 and I ordered the Thin crust "Cowboy" which is their popular pizza to go (pepperoni, sausage, black olives, shredded cheese & herbs). They also have ready made salads which was a no-brainer for the convenience and price (2 for $8) and portions were generous. The large will feed 2-3 depending on the appetite. Pizza was so tasty when you reheat at home. They wrap your pizza to go and instructions are listed on the pizza so its very easy. I will be back again. I think what I liked most was that you can have a gourmet pizza without the hassle of having to go to a restaurant, yet not quite like reheating a pizza from a box if that makes sense. This is my usual pizza stop, but today when I asked for my usual extra sauce you would have thought it was coming out of Grandma's fridge because all he wanted to give was about a teaspoon extra...I had to ask for more & he was still being stingy-I mean come on, it's just tomato sauce...then they started making with the toppings-the counters were dirty with leftover ingredients from previous pizzas that they didn't seem to want to clean up before starting a new pizza...it was pretty gross-just plopped my pizza down on top of the leftovers from the old pizzas...& it was not busy in the store...all you need guys is a damp rag to wipe up before you start a new pizza...I hate to see your cupboards at home...yuck!!! So I gave someone over 24 hours to call me back before I sent a review. Friday night we stopped by this location. They were very busy but it didn't look like anyone over 18 was working so I am not sure who the manager might have been. We ordered a all meat with some extra. They forgot the extra cheese. We also ordered a cowboy with extras that cost us $6 more. They said it would be a 20 minutes so we went over to Sprouts to finish our shopping. We came back over 30 minutes later and I asked if our pizzas were done. I was fine either way, but, they must gave been flustered. they handed me what looked like the all meat and what was the cowboy. They normally show you both and walk to the door to help you out, but this time they didn't. I had to fix the plastic wrapping on one of them since it was not closed all 5he way around the pizza. When we got home 20 minutes from this location and started the oven we discovered that we got what we didn't order. We got a pizza with pepperoni and bacon???? We had wanted the cowboy and ordered lots of extra veggies on it. I called and asked for a manager none were available. so I asked for a number to contact someone to explain we didn't get we ordered. I was told I could not get a number to anyone. I left my number and a request for a call back. That was friday... go figure no call back. I normally would not post anything if someone makes up for a mistake but I guess this was not worth anyone's time. I am also disappointed that there is no near future opportunity in the franchise to open new ones anytime soon. I wanted to try and see what was available to try and open one in my area but was told they are currently not looking at expanding.
